Hi Hilly, I saw your stories on ig, you are talking about osterine sarms that you like for women? Sorry for asking what is the goal when using it and dosage? Thank you! Curious about. Sarms haven’t a good reputation in general?!

Push is one of my favo training day. very happy. specially with FORM. All same things except cardio before posing and LPF, usually both are without any kind of caffeine and so cv burn but today must some admin things so I needed to switch a little. Do my walk first. No really really ideal for LPF having caffeine in, ahah maybe for posing is better more easier to smile ? Recorded and Sent some stretching routine over to my girls!!!! And yesss Tmrw hit the gym! Like usual nah?

In any job you can get emotionally drained out if you don’t set boundaries. As Rich said you are not a therapist you are a trainer. You shouldn’t know their personal life. I would keep conversations around training and everything related to it.

Thinking about them outside of your shift time is something I do myself too because their goals are my goals too, but this is exciting and don’t see as negative. When It is my time is my time because I know that i need that balance to keep my productivity up. So my time is like a job in itself too. I would keep that in mind.

I am from an Pakistani family – I have never had this issue when living with my parents because I always would get my mum to make all MY veg the “The indian way” this would make her happy and would be easy for me to eat also.
Many HomeMADE Asian/indian food is not unhealthy a lot of its very clean and be included EG VEG CURRY – OKRA ETC – its just the fact the ALOT OF SHIT TAKEAWAYS and restaurants give “indian” food a bad name when its not the case.
I prepped for my last show – and ate my mums home made Indian okra every day – placed 3rd in a 16 man line up and was pretty fucking lean.
Some people just don’t give a fuck what parents think or if they get upset – then they cry when they are gone yet do 0 to make them happy when they are alive because they it makes them “Hardcore”
    Just my opinion.

I appreciate that you find a compromise with your family and I totally understand. However personally I don’t understand why people should be happy if I eat as their likes. I found it selfish. I don’t push nobody to eat as I do and I am able to be happy about them anyway. It is like please wear this and I will be happy if you do so…. and I am not comfortable with the outfit myself?! IMO
Even it’s culture, tradition…. I mean I can follow it or not. I should be free and people should be happy about me as I am. X

I am counting my walking time only. So not a proper steps counting but can be similar. Cardio intensity and time but I don’t check my heart rate. It is working anyway without being so analytic. I don’t see interest myself to overthink about my cardio if I m getting results and I prefer to over analyse my lifting.

Routine and structure is just what really helps keep going. I listen to my emotions but I try not be driven just by the temporary ones which I know that are related to the actual circumstances…in this case lack of motivation (anyway I don’t believe to it as concept) I don’t know if make sense… I m not going to be totally messed up, because it’s going to be worst?! Try to do something good anyway. So I keep working toward my goals at my best and doing my best, even if I am low down… sad whatever! Even It’s hard. This is my way of things but I don’t see nothing wrong to take time off because mentally is tooo much!!! Missing things and being sad is human..however…IMO life should be not just around the gym tho or a thing. Even for Me is in some way.

Oh so next week little trip adventure. Can not wait. Let’s stay calm about this. Eheh Today crazy day tbh some issues around the building so sleep was **** but my session pull was great really with all usual stuff like nothing happened. I even did not feel the lack of sleep. So Maybe now I can come back to my early morning 5am? instead 10am?! this make me feel really in a postponed pattern ahah. Not that I must to but I was an early bird once ? short and sweat back to the gym forever in 3 days? Tomorrow boring rest day, but filming hiit session for my clients and check ins, then mine too. Kind of rest. Weight seems stable at 48kg something

      Hi! When and
Where ideally you would like to compete? Here in uk do you think that for your class is ideal? Never think to go in USA? Hope that you are fine and Nori ?❤ too! Ah i guess that your podcast was not in English? … hopefully you can still train but yeah I know that it’s not at all same or I mean it’s totally far from something “normal”. X

Hi Jessy ? it would be much easier with more shows in Europe, there will be only 3 shows where I can compete this year which is not much when countries close and open due corona. More opportunities means less stress for me ? and it is a little bit daring to do shows in the USA because well I have never competed before in the pro league; I never been in Amerika , my boyfriend couldn’t come with me  and I would have to take time off from my job for some months which is nearly impossible however I’ll wait until December maybe they’ll add some shows besides that everything is cool, I have access to a private gym and can train without much restrictions:)

Hope you’re well too !! How is everything going ? ?

Waking up so late. 10am omg. Hopefully come back to my early morning…. start always with posing and my shake

Acv, ginger, turmeric, pink salt, glutamine and my PRE AM stack NAC, q10, vital support, alpha-gpc, taurine, enzymes digestive, probiotic.

LPF, then cv burn and my walk listening some podcast.

Push today and I truly love training upper. All my jp goodies are arrived too.

Nice session, but feel wrecked a bit tbh. Lol. Mentally more than physically. My mood is A bit improved since few days but still not at my best.

Some work done too. Some more on Sunday with some filming. Tmrw pull.

I think that now can be the right time to do so. Gym closed. Do a De volume or deload or totally off. Personally I prefer take few days off totally to reset completely. You can start then to the gym and properly. Appetite and sleep seems not at the best so. Motivation and lockdown ahah I wouldn’t use motivation as criteria atm x

M5 & M6 maybe 30gr iso are for your last meal? Don’t see protein in M6! Just wondering!

    _________________________________________

    @jkelly.ross

I was thinking of that too but I feel there wouldn’t be enough protein PWO if I only had 100g chicken and if I add more iso in M6 that will go over the the total 256g, what meal would u take that protein from and put it in M6?[/quote]
I would dispatch equally, I would add protein and take off from fat and carbs if necessary. How much protein are you by kg bodyweight? What you think @clare @hilly @jimmytonk1 etc… sorry I tag them they have more experience! X
