See a professional asap and ideally before to start the bulk cycle. Usually they suggest to not “hidden” the pain when you are seeing them. Even not pain killer etc… you can train freely then! Even in lockdown they should be open!

My heels & toes wedge respectively squats and sldl is here. We ready for tomorrow. Legs day. My hams are ready too. I skipped posing two days to care about my recovery…. much needed on glutes and hams! Destroy. Seems better after some lacrosse ball, stretching etc….

Lpf keep progressing I m at 8 exercises each morning. Others stuff New girl in my team! Keep me busy on rest day! Diet & home training.

Very interesting live yesterday from Silvia Matta about bikini. Yamamoto team! She is a female bodybuilder. ❤??

Hopefully people around me, which help a lot with this lockdown mess! And yes to have equipment can help too.

So let’s up date. My prep still going on if I can say it … I m not ready to step on stage yet. Need to build more muscle so we keep working. I just listen to Hyacine and so take the time to add some more.
Ah was a bit messy mentally this tbh but it’s pointless go on stage and be average. We want something more. Let’s improve.

Luckily I got equipment and I can do progress at mine but yeeeeees this second lockdown is freaking me out a little.
I don’t know what is the next …when I ll compete. Waiting that I m okay to go so I m in Hyacine’s hands.
Not at my best lately. Feeling a bit mehhhh but yeah positive. ?

last check in I was at 45 and something. lost weigh and I m reversing. slowly. feel well at this bodyweight.

I stick always with same brand and I weight it cooked. I think that there is not need to make things complicated or too perfectionist. You can adjust quantities from there.

I like make it overnight. I would mix with vanilla whey. It’s a neutral flavour. But why not with yours raspberry & white chocolate? You can add frozen raspberry on the top with coconut flakes but depend your meal plan/macros. Add coco oil, or nuts.

I add to mine macadamia nuts and cinnamon. I prepare always a day before. Simple adding hot water and mix it.

  • I was in the same position. Like plateau. I don’t have adherence issues. My diet was too high in proteins and not the correct kind for my body. Since it is changed I lost weigh without increasing output. So I would check first which kind of diet then think about client’ s adherence.

Back and Biceps today and another really good session. I’m sure the novelty of training in my garage with limited equipment will soon wear off again, but for now they’re going well and really enjoyable. It’s nice to have some energy back too with plenty of food inside me ?

I’m stacking the New JP DIAL-IN and JPre-PUMP for my pre-workout at the moment and loving the combo of laser focus and incredible pump!

    Close Grip Pulldown – 1 set 8-9, 1 set 10-12

Cable Mid back row – 1 set 10-12, 5 breaths and go again to failure

    Prone Cable Pull down – 1 set 12-14, 1 set 15-18

    T-Bar Row – 1 set 8-10, 1 set 11-15

BB Meadows Row – 1 set 10-12 each side into partials to failure

Seated Dumbbell Rear Delt Flyes – 1 rest pause set

    BB Shrugs – 1 set 15-20

Dual Cable Curl – facing the cable standing back, fail on about 10, step into the machine on a step, fail, face away from the machine, fail –2 sets

Standing Calf raises with added weight on Belt – 1 rest pause set.

Treated myself to a new weights bench too which arrived today, so I don’t need to perch on a very uncomfortable, low, knobbly reebok step..haha!

Yes, can not wait me too some new kit!! Training properly as much as possible even at home!! Waiting my wedge for squats and SLDL!!  Hopefully before next legs day!!

Question: BB Meadows Row – 1 set 10-12 each side into partials to failure

What means that?  partials to failure

    Thank you

Meaning, when I can’t get another rep and fully shorten, which I aim to be in the 10-12 rep range, I’ll then just keep trying to pull more reps, which will obviously just be partial until I literally can’t move, then end the set.

Everywhere you will find sweetener. Even in cream of rice. And many others supplements. I don’t see why you can not keep your sugar free flavouring in your water. I would just make sure about the kind of and if I don’t have bloating issues, water retention etc. Contest prep maybe you want cut off then.

I just track walking time, not steps. I found it much better. You can adjust it accordingly to your goals. Same as you would with steps counting. Increase or decrease dependently to your need.

I actually use both raw and cooked. Coaches use both methods. However raw is more accurate. Using cooked you don’t know your macros precisely.

I like 100% cocoa montezuma. Found in sainsbury’s. There is a shop in London. You will find online. Ideally From 85% you get more cocoa. There are Antioxidants in cocoa, should be beneficial for mood too, etc… there are lot of interesting benefits from cocoa. You can find lot of variety in shops like planet organic, wholefood, …etc. coming from Worldwide.
