this is a bench press built from a guy! it’s fab and affordable! made in UK! you can create a rack yourself too but be safe! many they are using bands for chest, across the back for press, you can imitate cables exercise too…check on Instagram inspo! Amazon next day delivery! Alibaba, eBay etc…. you can build up a cable system too check Mark Coles IG. you can always perform push up bodyweight with all variant and add some weight on your back for progressing. hope that it’s help! I m sure some athlete here can give you more suggestions!

if Postworkout I would choose something easy and fast for digestion. before bed is nice too you can add more fat! I would salmon or a big sirloin steak with rice or sweet potatoes and veggies. but I m quite basic and not so much in the free meal concept ahah I would choose something that give me benefits in performance, etc… iron, omega 3 but that’s me! x

@lara-tasharofi yes, ahah take it from the street lol you know street warning panels… they are made by jute ahah hopefully was just downstairs! … eheh budgeting! ????they are all same weight if I need more! put it in a pillow sheet but a IKEA bag could be creative too!! far from the proper heavy gym bag but does the job! ???? I found just now 10kg York plates in the storage of the flat where I m living LUCKY me! Xmas party!!! … now I want to build up a pulley cable…. and try to do it multifunction for cable raise!!! x walking lunges outdoor with the sunny weather are just amazing! freedom feel!! x

Session was UP on my hams wing ahah ???? it was “fun” to pick up the dB from a drawer!! Ohh (endless) failures and motivational selftalk … Obsly I made it theeeen BUT looking for a spotter feel!! Okay! More 10k on trust put ALL the plates on, so next one sand bag is going to add to the mess!.. Kind understood sissy we are getting along with ❤️ SLDL stayed same load 60k rep in more here and kind feel that contraction focus blabla. Dead.

I have managed to get a few more weights and bar coming from family member. Very lucky as people are charging a fortune for very little weight.
Also did a bit of a diy gym got old washing line and fire pit and some old brake pads for extra weight great for tris and high pulls lol grabbed back of cement out shed too for squats was quite please with myself haha

So rest day… usual not really ahah picking up the sand bag from the street is a cross fit thing? 16kg of joy …ahah bad girl! This is not legal sooooo don’t follow my example!! But I don’t think that I m doing a damage to the society ahah life is about taking risks lol so this is my overloading plan for TMRW hiptrust & frogs!! Probably film it and post it on IG.. little ugly faces horror movie is coming!! Mark Coles webinar at 4pm today and I am booking a POS Skype for next Monday! Cucumbers walk done and with that some others staff!
Starting to tidying up things and some diet change on not training days! Slightly less carbs and fats! We prep! ????

great the squat rack ✌????I was thinking me too to buy one! actually I found an artisan as well that can build benches and racks very affordable! … just wondering..When you are tidying things up so 14/12 weeks out and so you go in “prep” ..and just play with dB and BB your condition is going to be strongly affected, right? … maybe pro athletes like you who keep more muscles is still not so remarkable but a bikini like me the results are going to be really not the best? lol thanks ahah going with the flow me too!

why not? it’s a learning experience. so Go for it if you feel it! apply what you learnt from your past coaches experience for your self coaching. I think that it’s not difficult if you are truly want it. However personally I think that with a coach i can go more far and achieve better results, more experience and knowledge. I would never coach myself again. but that’s me! so I would suggest to give a go just to see the difference! x

I truly enjoy! just come back to basics. dB and BB. it’s a temporary adaptation and can be a learning experience as well! I saw it as a great challenge! I can still up some numbers on some exercise. keep smashing it as much as possible! our gym life will be back soon and we are going to smashing it much more! x

Went for my cucumbers walk as usual! Need a Pitbull asap! ???? Random and no sense without direction! … Later on find a shop kind reasonable queue ( Rona update: “young” are not allowed to shop before 10am ATM so the food shop adventure is much more interesting )…and ohh sand bags in the street are freaking heavy ahah tried to pick up one was crazzzzy heavy…BB hiptrust is going to be FUN!! Add on my bar..I don’t know how yet but I think that I can do it!! ???????? we don’t need further plates! We create!!! Ahah
I ll be lying on my bed all day long! Little almond oil self care find myself again maybe… wrecked ahah I would like to set up some goals for June moving (I don’t know where…yet ahah) dog biz adventure get a new life maybe traveling somewhere.. competition .. the mess is real this is certain TMRW check up and upper! you can also try the seated way…put a load on your quads, and with a block under your feet! I do standing DB unilateral on the stairs, but anything heavy should work. not optimal however still a way! x
