    GRAFTISM gym london is renting apparently ???????? not sure about shops and restock timing but if they are manufacturing overseas (which is likely) it will some time specially because goods are maybe traveling by ship. btw found on eBay plates coming from north England. called WE R SPORT 2 days delivery DPD. ????????

    However I didn’t change so much.. same stuff try to post something on IG straight after legs is out of question! That emptiness, a brain mess that “I m not good for nothing time”! ghosting Ohlala!! … have a shower, go for a walk, eat my Postworkout meal, find a friendly IG selfie or video or something… write a make sense or not sense caption… everything together! … Send help! Ahah BLANK SPACE literally! but Happy all over again!

    Hams will get the most!! I guess! + loads allover! Keep up to my gym numbers! However Sissy feel more on my quads tho?!..(this sissy…) my calves already were huge so now I think that they are going to explode ahah! My curls, SLDL and bridge are going really up and better than gym life time! Going to hit 120kg on bridge in my room next week! We got goals!! LOL
    Still mess and lying on my bed! Steps and cucumbers ( I know same thing daily i love the excitement to buy them everyday ???? !!) done! Outside in the city was like RESIDENT EVIL all apparently ghost and crazy me included obsly! I don’t think was my Postworkout feels…
    Sweet dreams by bowland in ???? ???? and need some screaming things today so I stay rock! Metallica, smashing pumpkins, acdc, deep purple after workout completely different story! Lol Italian oldie poetry boring music!! ???? It was not really helpful… maybe worst eh! x

    barbell w plates as Clare said is by far more versatile! and bands! composed dB sets too but the load capacity is less than barbell! better both if you can! and bands!

    So rest day and doesn’t feel a week day! was not so much different before ahah Better going like this for a while!!! Upper, lower or rest! Ok forecast Rona skip it BC sometimes better to be ignorant ahah! How messy I was yday after my training lol, and feel wrecked all over! Happy ????

Happy and not stopped since the gym closure PANIC attack… Yes to gym vibes but i never counted on it to smashing myself ahah sooo..X

    It’s a mental game! However when you are busy really you don’t feel it…at least you get hungry for some minutes and then you “forget”.
    I like to feel the hunger. I know can seem crazy but I am feeling lean so I feel better! But can help Water, veggies, acv and lemon, ice lollipop coffee or tea or lemon, iced coffee or tea, black coffee, any tea… and your why and your end goals always in mind! X

    Rest day and while steps and cucumbers mission, smile exchange with unknown people in the street.. how people are changing?…btw stopped by in a park to swing lol Like a kid! Taking some vit d dose! Oh it was a while that I wanted to find an adult size swing thing! Yeah! 🙂 Pure joy! … Sooo freaking freedom relaxing and all together!!! And well close by an open park with legs press, cross trainer, press machine…. So we got some cardio tools for prep ???? as my skipping talent seems not appreciate and not a BB thing! Lol ahah
    I didn’t realize that was Saturday as my brain works upper or lower or rest! Better late than never ahah so tomorrow Sunday is upper! … Okay!! We stay here still!!

    ahah thanks! make me sane (and insane too in some way lol) keep training! i love to fight for what is important for me! so make things more spicy! 🙂 always being a tomboy ahah with my dad in the garage with cars, motors, furniture, painting… building things! so love this!! ????

    everything is out of stock, delivery can take longer! but I guess is like food in the supermarket… sellers are going to adapt to the demand quickly X ????????

    really beautiful day here in Vienna, went for a run with the doggo , eat a big healthy breakfast and felt asleep right after it xD ..

    as I said I need more structure in my home workouts I decided to do LEGS, Glutes and Biceps (as good as possible with nearly no equipment) today.

    another great news, I get some financial support from the government which takes a lot of pressure from me ! really really happy about that ????

    as some of you know I started my business as a coach/ personal trainer  in the beginning of this month.. and now everything is shut down xD great timinig!!xD but there are so many people affected by this so no complaining about that !

    yes, even in UK government ll help out self-employed by June apparently! emailed my accountant straight away lol when I got the news! well hopefully the system works!!! 🙂 everything will go up asap after the mess! slowly… I can not imagine the gym party when going to open back! … ❤️????????

    ohh my room is 2 meter for 4 meter LOL
    the smaller thing ever.. basically I move my mattress up in vertical! so I can fit a barbell, plates and really all staff!!! I got even the mirror for selfie!! ???? i find the way!! x I m a bit crazy LOL
