Exciting day! Pure madness!
It was lower…a mix of chin up on my front door ???? try out for upper, ham curl on a drawer… well finally I understood how to pickup the dB the socks game is the key! Yeah I can not wait to take off my shoes in the gym!!! Till we got the pro vibram! Converse don’t play here!

Hei! Eheh Tod was upper and well I find some furniture ???? (in the street) and built up my rack for my pull! How I can miss them!? … and I landmined everything lol.. now wondering about an inclined thing for my presses! I Can still up numbers! So really HAPPY I m creative by nature so this is a FUN game for me! Really enjoying the challenge! However bands Okay LOL ????

… however hams very much happy of my yday training, and booty is not complaining as well!! But Now same split upper and lower EOD! (Can I negotiate this? ????) Btw Not sure if I rested today eheh then Food adventure But literally but we made it! Found all treasures and now we meal prep, then bath!!! So tomorrow upper and we got lots of toys!! technical questions lol ???? split squat Vs walking lunges dilemma!? muscles recruitment/execution difference… I got some ideas but just wanted to hear from you!! of course space availability is one! which is not a limit criteria for me ATM got the front door ????…I can not fit in my room 2 walking lunges…. thanks and sending good vibes! ❤️❤️❤️

I think you’ve answered your own question.. if you can only fit 2 walking lunges in your room, go with slit squats..haha! but you could also do static lunges, all on one leg first then swap. With the split squats though, you can get more depth.
Also, if you have somewhere you can stand on 2 platforms, you could do deficit dumbbell squats as another variation.

I “enjoy” weighed split! killing! ahah I bought for £26 my bar 9kg 2.5mm lol always on budget! load Max 100kg which is great!!!! still available apparently where I bought! delivery or collection Argos! otherwise eBay works wonderfully and DPD delivery 2 days! … ✌???? or parcel force 48hr! some gym owner are borrowing and renting! which is good temporarily… ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️@jkelly.ross

btw just wondering how you see this year about competitions? ifbbpro Italian organisation seems in doubt about September’s show too… shows before September look like unrealistic! they don’t know really but they are hoping for September’s show! Italy is not a reference but anyway I m not sure about summer shows too either pro and amateurs Europe or worldwide!
what you think about competions calendar 2020? …our health take priority and I m with this completely! oh thanks! x

After yesterday’s full rest day I had a lot of energy today soooo I went running .. yes that’s right not walking .. running and it felt so damn good, for sure I’m not a sprinter but listen to music while the sun shines in your face and fresh air in your lungs.. that’s just perfect ????
Also did a full body workout at home, just for fun ????

ahah I think that I don’t know to run anymore ???? but I remember when I was running early morning in Paris many years ago and I was feeling like forrest gump lol.. I could run for hours!! ???? it’s kind of fun to go out from the usual stuff? hope that you are fine! here definitely we are in quarantine (kind)! … I don’t know about shows this years apparently Olympia seems in a dangerous place too! what you think? ???????? x

do your best always! ✌???? personally stick to my diet and my training will be adjusted to my home equipment but can still make some progress BC I want it badly and no Matter circumstances. adapt as much as possible! but hopefully not too long BC already miss my gym! (it’s not just equipment matter) don’t change my goals, if needed timeline!

At the Gym as usual today ???? looooong rolling up each bod part, lacrosse wall and stretching! Eh duck walked too!
Rest of day: washing clothes, sheets, shoes, etc… is becoming a daily things, try chilling in horizontal, and mission need new hands is underway lol, skin care! So dry with all the washes!!! ???? it’s not the end of the world but really Cracking like chips!
Changing up food shopping time and so tomorrow morning early-ish trip to the shop before upper! ???? Just to get some fresh meat! .. or whatever! Stick to the plan no matter what…
