No I’m not anymore. Things are changing daily, so it may not even go ahead. I know the original venue is now closed, so they are finding a back up. Jordan has agreed that it’s best we stay away as we won’t be having a stand there now, even if it does go ahead.

drink a lot of tea! mostly fennel, liquorice, peppermint! (caffeine free BC I drink lot of black coffee already) can help with digestion and as well to drink more fluids. I freeze it in the summer and make lollipop! no sugar or anything else added. only water! useful when you are in deficit too! eheh X

Yeah ???? 100kg on Smith squat, 32kg e.a. SLDL, +5kg standings hams, glutes bridge +reps… Driven by frustration lol. All my life! Basically all pb today!! I was so emotionally messy today! I could not stop!….. I don’t know what going on in myself!! so obsessed! Training is everything to me! It’s my freedom..

Usual day! It was time to stop procrastinating.. ah interesting! Washed my hair!! It was time! IMG in prep what I m going to resemble ???? however weirdly put more make up than usual today..must be a rebellion act!
nothing to report Really… gym mob and pos routine and visualization time, cucumbers & spinach, music, and silly thoughtThe curcumin which was added on my stack collection is starting to kick in!! Happy bod! Added neem oil on my creative homemade skin care and ohlala that smell ahah!! neem & turmeric* (*turmeric dose is proportional how much you would like to freaking out people and how Goldie you would like to be!! ????☀️) Exciting day ahead! Lying horizontal and challenging yourself to stay still 10min in a row without moving!! ???? Always find a thing to do!!!

I think the hard part in all of this is how long will gyms be closed. I am in the US, most gyms are open…but Pres Trump just announced guidelines to keep groups 10 or less. So I’d imagine ALOT of gyms will start closing. FORTUNATELY my gym is going to no longer allow guests, and then limit workouts to 1 hr… Fortunately again for me I train at 4/5am and it’s not staff and just key access woo.
well, seems reasonable this! I mean better than nothing! however just checked online you can still buy a kit and to get 100kg BB less £100! not optimal but I m able to make some gains! here UK we keep going! ???????? going to stay like this! however in Italy I know that in Milan close till May!!!!!! personally I can not imagine that I m able to wait 6 weeks…so in this case I will move where I can train or I will built up a proper gym in my room! 🙂

I will punching the wall in case… some boxing could be fun (kidding) but What I noticed that there’s more humanity around! At least in my gym… ahah I mean my second home! And Here we keep going! We don’t know tomorrow!! I m going not to lie family, friends and clients in Italy that keep me asking about masks…if I stay at home, sending statistics…. politics stuff ????…

is it Amenorrhea? you should check with your GP, blood test and eventually endocrinology. “fix the hormones”? btw maybe you could adjust maybe you could fix but really depends from lot of factors. how… really depends too and so you should first to know more about the cause of this, the options and/or trial to adjust/fix them, and then wondering about anabolic. I would check in deep with my GP and/or endocrinologist!

Ah yday went for the delire shop experience… ????No way!… you know! BUT my fave liquorice tea that I did not find for ages was there! Was out of stock everywhere since at least 5 months!…? seems that liquorice production come back to normal… ???????? always appreciate what we got ???? life & priority ALWAYS!! And cucumbers there!! Yes we planned that but because of the current situation in Europe and the increasing of the virus in Austria I’ll not be able to compete in London .. very sad day. I’m so upset but health and security is more important than a show.

I have NOT had a lazy day in a LONG time. Ahah A few things that have happened… Wake up, steps, meal prep, hot bath, some client consult, went to the gym for my visualisation treadmill time and so some more steps some rolling some smiles some friends some cucumbers (always there!!)… and filmed biceps curl exercises w/bands to send over 🙂 this was the big physical effort of my day!! I don’t think that I m going to do soo much more! LOL lying on the bed all day!!
