    @k.. It’s causing chaos everywhere and it will only get worse before it gets better. Fortunately I have another gym I can train at for now, but it will mess up my workouts and log book.. but we need to look at things in perspective.

    I am planning to be there with the rest of the team at the Ben Weider show all being well!

    uncooked most accurate and I always separe my training/not training rice cooking when I meal prep in bulk. cooked could be easier as I would Cook all together but I don’t anyway. numbers fluctuate too much, I don’t user timer and I don’t use a rice cooker. rice is an example. I m going to alter my intake in this way even if slightly by week could be relevant?! protein same. but many use cooked and get results anyway. just saying. x

    salicylic acid, ichthyol, aloe, tea tree oil, retinol are great for acne and so many others products.
    Benzoyl peroxide too! Some More aggressive than others you should try!
    clay mask you can find on Amazon it’s cheap!
    make sure that you leave your skin breathing! so don’t close pores!
    Diet play a huge role, hormones too but not idea about cycle sorry! vitamin A in pills or by food! Sweet potato are full of this! Everything orange/red shades! Zinc as well!
    But as outside treatment I could suggest them. Some more shower, weekly scrubs, natural products the better! Here less is more (pro suggest that at least!) Morning wash, Postworkout wash and before bed wash! Not too much!
    You could get some treatment if you can afford it. I always used natural products. hope that helps! x

    Rest day today. Had another course cancelled and 2 clients cancel today. Also found out that my main gym has closed until further notice as a precautionary measure.. thankyou Coronavirus!

    A lot of bodybuilding shows around the world are being cancelled too. My prep starts tomorrow no matter what.. whether or not I’ll have a show to compete in at the end of it.. who knows!

    hopefully everything come back to normal! got a cancellation from a new client however was related to incoming financial crisis due to Corona virus ???? and so no going to the office to work too BC of the virus! and this is in London! ???? to me it’s a social panic but well I m not an health care expert… btw I keep going and ohh I can not imagine that my gym close ????…a mare! right now just boost my immune system a little more+being little more “paranoid” personal hygiene+being more positive than ever ahah :)… you are coming to London on 28th march Show Ben Weider? just wondering! ????????

    SLDL dB was meh… I did not push more as we go slowly after the lol in thing on my upper back last week! Same intensity however.. want a new back asap feeling ahAh maybe need to be used to my superhero loads!! ????
    Glutes machine… After all above my brain want me tired.. but I learnt as this little brain is playing… And I don’t listen to it no way!! ???? So +5kg all reps all sets

    Legs raise 40, 45
    seated calves raise +5kg all reps all sets

    … I walk when I go off to slow down and I don’t rush my post workout meal! Feel really over the moon.. and all the feels lead to a mental mess!! As I m basically a neighborhood of my gym.. need that walk!!! Believe me even w/that my workout feels stay with me kinda forever and ever! Which absolutely loooove! ???????? But still a high level of adrenaline…not real in line with the rest of the world! ???? natty daily status anyway! ????

    ☀️???? wait Corinne’s feedback! she is the best guidance! my humble opinion..you are 9 weeks out, so after 3 April… in Italy everything is off till this date! should be good by then, right? you can not control this so don’t stress over! no one can guarantee how things are going!! I will keep going for the show scheduled which must go on or cancelled from the fed or postpone… in case you can check another one later? flights restrictions are maybe apply to people who coming from country with high risk? maybe you are allowed? how others athletes can make it? maybe contact the federation by email to check if everything is fine? X

    so yea, problem is real for some of us. ☹

    yes, it’s a crazy panic! they can not travel to close cities ????, people are trying their best at home or in the park! I can not imagine that here please LOL ???? some of my clients cancelled trips and so 1:1 PT and went online mode! honestly i m very positive about…. here should be different!! anyway I ll find a way to keep training! ????????

    …I did not soo much Tday! Just hitting my step to the bod treat clinic (checked if I m still straight ahah and deep massage on upper only, I wanted it stay forever endless…get used to princess diva things) always my cucumbers date eheh and got creative skin care glow… Added oats to my mix! And hot bath! This time not milky but I will asap again! Oats milk maybe!! Homemade my time relaxing placebo effect!!! I m using oliv oil as cream too..in case you got some more in your kitchen… (lol pure country side girl ????????‍????) just My quads and hams are screaming of joy! So I need to report that we are happy!
    Half check in form completed as y all know TMRW is check in day, intra already in my gym bag, usually my log book is a 1hr before gym task…ahah avoid to dream of my sets!!! A Lil strategic! Before bed some fun jumping on foam roll! it was my day! ahah a regular lazy Day X

    yes, 🙂 thank you @lara-tasharofi ❤️ starting to appreciate lazy days just BC finally are very productive on the upcoming session! big mindset change here! the placebo effect of relaxing things should play on cortisol levels! and so improve recovery! I guess!… I m really focusing on prep and life go around it…not opposite and honestly i could not and I would not otherwise!! get inspired by Stefan’s post on your log! you are a fighter! which make me think a lot today! being honest give me sooo much fire on me!! ???????? you will rock on stage!!!!!!!!

    Minerals means: potassium,magnesium,sodium.

    I don’t always use diuretics,only when I m sure that it’s gonna get the physic dryer,if it’s just for a 3% better but getting flat,I skip it.

    Check in with my coach today, he’s happy ( I guess ????)

    I hold a lot of water in my lower body but we still don’t know why (never had this problem) but it’s gettin better every day, got another cut, yes no carbs on rest days which is really new to me but I do whatever it takes to get those striated glutes ????

    Pull workout was okay, I regocnized a little drop of strength which is totally okay for me now. Tomorrow legs ???? this will be fun

    It was great… however not pb tday! Keep intensity as I left on some and others I performed at 80% loads high reps! Kind happy! BC my bod still there and I felt strong…it was not so pretty much boring finally ahah ended my session with some POS! ????
    I m in love with U GUESSED IT by OG MACO and MURDAH by ACE and KICCIN SHIT by RONDO and BOP by DABABY!! ????
