Evening all! Busy day for me today steps done super early before the sun so Lola wasn’t too hot. Then client work and check ins before training legs. Very hot but a very good session today 3 big pbs which I’m super happy about.
This evening I’ve had a few clients in the clinic. Then finished off my steps and chilled x

I’m with Marc on this one! But I do also agree a lot of people do too much and mess around too much and end up looking worse

Heyy guys! So today has been a rest day for me, which included steps and cardio and food shopping along with bits of client work ☺️ x

I also look down at the floor around 1 meter away when hip hinging keeps good neck/spinal alignment and works well for me

I would suggest a devolume or rest days

Hey! You looked great! I’d say a little more posterior chain development especially width in the back and more hams to match the quads. With you having a large rip cage you’ll also need more chest/ delts to fill out your top line
I’d probably aim to add overall size too!

Evening all! So today was a busy but good day! Client work in the morning & steps then trained lower& top up and then gymnastics! Gymnastics went pretty well to say how tired I was feeling and in this heat too but we got it done x

Unless you’ve changed any variables then quite possibly need to adjust training volume . But I wouldn’t say cardio is affecting this unless you’re doing it daily and intense it should be an issue

I’d say solidify the muscle you’ve built sit here for a further 4-6 weeks leave food as it is and body should recomp a little anyway then you can go into a cut

Hey guys! Busy but good day today! Walked Lola and Ralph this morning then did my cardio. And went for my makeup doing for my shoot I then headed to Manchester, did my shoot then headed back. Quite a long day but overall good! This evening I’ve been chilling as I got all my steps done in my shoot x

I take mine in a morning but just away from training is absolutely fine. When I need to I’ll take cure coming, osteo in a morning and join in on an evening pre bed

When ever I’ve had clients with an accumulation of a few things going on I get them to plan their days/ weeks so they know what needs to be done each day and what they have time for. Also journaling can help with feelings emotions and so on ☺️ but me personally I channel things into training cardio and steps

Definitely consult with your doctor voice how you’re feeling and see what they suggest. There’s lots of other options out there but definitely see your doctor first

Hey guys!! So rest day today for me and a super busy one at that. Client work this am and boxed a good 8k steps off followed by 25 mins cardio. I then food prepped and packed my stuff for Manchester tomorrow 😊 also fake tanned for tomorrow and did some house work 😀 I then worked 1pm till 8pm with clients in the clinic. X
