    Hey guys busy one today! Client work and steps this morning, then trained quads had a really good session. And then I had 4 clients in the clinic I also sneaked in a little nap before my clients felt like I needed that today x

    Hey all so today has been a lovely rest day walked the dogs this am ☺️ then did some client work. House work and then went to the cinema, I then had a little refeed of burger and chips after, ready to push hard for another week 😆 x

    Honestly depends on your personal digestion & what you’re eating I usually like 1HR -1.5 hours but this is personally for me. Just trial and error see what works for you best

    Hellooo guys! So checked in this am ☺️ dropped quite a lot the past few days so felt super flat this morning, but that’s normal ☺️

    Today consisted of dog walks, gymnastics and cardio. This evening I finished the rest of stranger things and oh my god!! It’s soo good! I really enjoyed it 😆 x

    Evening all! Busy one today client work this morning and a walk with Lola. Then I went and trained lower & top up at my old gym was nice to see some old faces ☺️ I then went for a massage which was very much needed. I then went to gymnastics tonight for skills practice x

    Hellooo all! Busy busy day client work, check ins and steps & cardio in the morning then trained pull & did some prehab then this evening Ives walked the dogs for more steps, food prepped ready for my clinic day tomorrow! X
