Hellooo all! Busy busy day client work, check ins and steps & cardio in the morning then trained pull & did some prehab then this evening Ives walked the dogs for more steps, food prepped ready for my clinic day tomorrow! X

Hey guys! So busy one today client work this morning & steps with Lola, then had a few consult calls and did some house work I then trained push and went to gymnastics after really good gymnastics session today! Super tired now so it’s bed time x

The least amount possible just aim to not have to use high doses but for comp prep most I’ve ever gone to is 100mcg

Evening all! So forced rest day today wasn’t feeling too good, but definitely picked up a little this evening so I’ll be back to it with gymnastics and training tomorrow. I used my day to get steps in and catch up on lots of client work x

I’ve experienced this mate, now I always foam roll my quads after pinning and since then I’ve had no long lasting PIP.
Give it a try if not better after a few days I’d probably seek advice, if redness occurs seek help asap

Hey guys! So today was a rest day, but a pretty busy active one. This morning I did a good walk and got the majority of my steps boxed off -8k then had breakfast and did some client work. I then headed to the gym for 25 mins cardio & posing. Then a little food shop and then this evening I’ve food prepped and chilled ☺️ busy busy day tomorrow so bed time for me x

I would keep seek medical advice if it doesn’t get better in the next day or so. Sounds like just been done slightly in the wrong place but don’t worry our bodies are usually good at sorting this. A little bit of soft tissue work will help flush some blood into the area and help with water retention ☺️

I agree with the above of it’s in the ingredients then it’s a no go. I probably wouldn’t risk it for the sake of it
