You just need to diet for longer. You can use things such as clen to put you in a futher deficit. There is other fat burners out there that you can take pre cardio for example cv burn is great ? but in all honesty push harder put yourself further into a deficit by either increasing out put or decrease cals

Evening guys! Hope you’re all well! So busy morning setting up new clients then trained pull + delts really good session numbers were all up!
Session went as follows:
Dual standing cable side raise
Nautilus single arm pull down
Gym shop single arm seated row
Prime plate loaded upper back row
Prime rear delt (rev pec dec)
Rear delt pull down
Low Cable shrugThis evening I had my off plan as usual on a Saturday, had Indian tonight which was lovely for a change then I’ve chilled and watched a film! Off to bed now x

If it’s causing pain remove the movement completely use alternatives never mask the pain with sleeves as this will only in the long run make it worse. I would go see a physio or sports therapist and get to the bottom of the issue

Good evening all! Busy day for me today client work in the morning then trained lower had an awesome session It went as follows;
Atlantis toe press
Prime Lying plate loaded ham curl
Prime Seated plate loaded leg extension
Banded pendulum
Adductor
Reverse hypersI then went home ate post workout napped and then went to gymnastics for an hour and a half. Had a really good session tonight mainly conditioning work and skills practice. Just got home it’s shower and bed for me x

I would pop and see a physio get them to do a couple of tests on your shoulders and check for rotator cuff issues. Better to get to the root of the problem than leave it

I’ve never really seen any tattoos massively distorted from growing, it may happen but tbh I haven’t seen it but I guess placement is a biggy too

I would say meat is definitely superior protein source but if you’re getting sick of it maybe you need to change up your food sources there’s lots of way of getting protein in via meats without having just chicken for example

Hey guys!
So this morning I woke up very stiff in my neck and upper back I think I may have jarred my shoulder a little during gymnastics so today I just rested had a hot bath and got my massage gun on my chest shoulder and traps/ neck to relieve it. It does feel a little better tomorrows a normal rest day anyway so I’m gonna play it by ear see how it feels it’s definitely nothing serious but I didn’t want to push it.
So today has literally been client work all day and walking Lola then chilled this evening and watched a film x

Usually I do rest day the day of the tattoo then back to it after just cover it up if needs be

You don’t necessarily need a rest day before just make sure you’re recovered in time for your session ?

Hey all! Had an exciting day today, client work in the morning and walked Lola, trained push had a really good session all numbers were up. Push consisted of:
Seated cable cuff side raises
High incline press
Atlantis shoulder press
Cable kaz handle pec flys
Lying cuffed side laterals
Single arm cross body tricep push downs
Prime machine dipsI then had post workout and an hour to chill then I had my first gymnastics 1-1 which was really good we’re focus on making my skills better for my routine.
I’ve decided to get a gymnastics coach too as I feel it hold me accountable for it and also I have 1-1 sessions twice a week where we can really nail things down ?
I’ve just got in bed I’m gonna read my book before I sleep x
