    Good evening all! So very busy day for me client work this morning then had a little break to take my niece to gymnastics and then back to client check ins ? I then trained push had an awesome session set some numbers on my new machines which we have rotated in so strive incline I did 95kg for 6 (cam setting 5) and nautilus shoulder press 90kg for 10 – definitely room to increase weight next time on this

    Then I went to gymnastics tonight was mainly a skill breakdown session which went really well we just really got into each skill and focused on making them look pretty and polished x

    Don’t really see a place for them tbh like Marc has mentioned they can be super high in fat and sugars which you don’t want.

    I would much rather use an iso and eat my carbs or have cor/oats

    Hey guys!! So todays been a busy but good day. Client work this morning with lots of clients starting prep which is super exciting.

    I then trained quads – new rotation few things swapped in and out. Was a really good session set some decent numbers to really work on.

    Atlantis hack starting point 4pps
    Gym Leco leg press 4 pps
    And smith split squat 2pps

    Dead excited to progress on these movements and get super strong with them!

    Then this evening I’ve had clients in the clinic 4-8pm. Early night for me as I’ve got a very busy day tomorrow x

    Good evening all! Hope you’ve all had an awesome weekend! Today for me has been a pretty chilled day definitely needed after a super busy week. This morning I walked Lola did a food shop and then did client work a few updates to plans and a new starter. I then chilled this afternoon and did some house work.

    Sundays I like to use as my catch up on life & chill downtime day. My day to wind down and reset myself ready for the week. X

    But in all seriousness, I would take cure coming, join in and osteo pro, get some soft tissue work and take 2-3 days rest

    I agree with hilly pictures are super dark to give any real idea of what you really look like but from what I can see it looks like you can push a little more

    My advice would be watch the educational videos and then set in place a plan for diet and training then you can escalate these in volume or increase cals as and when needed to when you hit plateaus

    I would say best option would a jp pump or you could try a small dose of jp stim but honestly I probably wouldn’t at that time as you’ll keep yourself awake

    Hello all! So super busy day today for me, walked the dogs this morning and then trained pull really good strong session and connection felt mint!! After I went to my gymnastics 1-1 which was honestly one of the best sessions I’ve had yet did 3 full run Throughs and the last one was awesome really has come together now it’s fully finished just neatening you and perfecting. Fitness levels are absolutely flying at the moment. Feel so fit for the end of my off season my RHR is sitting in the 50-55 range currently sitting around 68kg. Heaviest of my off season was 70kg but seem to be maintaining and sitting nicely here now. 3 weeks left of this maintenance stage and then it’s prep time!! Couldn’t be more excited!! X
