Hey! What’s your actual sessions like? Have you got too much volume or exercises I’d say this is something to be looking at might not be the split.
Also is everything else on point? Diet? Sleep? And so on

Hey I agree with Kiera they can come and go but if this seems to be persistent I would push your doctor to have another look and maybe drain it

Hey guys! So from actually doubling up on my cure coming my knees are getting there but I’ll continue with the pulled back volume Friday and see how I am on the weekend after that and gymnastics.
Today has been a busy day with work in the morning after my skills and stretch first thing and then trained pull had an awesome session super happy feeling very strong up in reps on my rdl ??
Early night for me super tired and I’ve got a busy day in clinic tomorrow x

Hey! Can you give us a little more detail, what have you already tried? How are you currently training? Where exactly is the pain, what causes the pain to be worse? (What movements) Have you only had 1 MRI/ Ultrasound?

Hello all so awesome morning of check ins with my clients a lot are starting prep which is super exciting! I then trained push had an awesome session progressed across the board was nice to be back in the gym after a week away training in other gyms ☺️
I then had gymnastics which was a very productive session had a couple of routine run through tweaked a few little bits and worked on some skills. I also put together a skills/ stretch plan with my gymnastics coach for outside of our sessions for me to crack on with ?So my current weekly routine is as follows:
Monday Am -skills & stretch, Midday – Quads
Tuesday midday – push, Evening- gymnastics 1-1
Wednesday Am – skills & stretch, Midday- Pull & Glutes
Thursday Am – skills & stretch & Rest
Friday Midday -Lower, Evening – Gymnastics 1-1
Saturday Midday – Pull & Delts, Evening- Gymnastics 1-1
Sunday – Rest
Last week or so I’ve started with abit of niggly knees so I’ve doubled up on my join in & cure coming to help and also cal has pulled back a little on my volume for legs and changed how I load my plate loaded machines so it’s a little less stress on my knees. I’m also going to shockwave them tomorrow so hoping to see some improvements over the next few days x

Hey guys. Don’t really have much to say about today. I took the day to spend with family for a beautiful funeral service for my nephew. It was a hard day emotionally but I think it’s what we all needed to help with the grieving process. X

I’m unsure if t3 has any actual involvement but I do know with training/ dieting and the life style we live that we will more than likely need top ups much sooner than the average. But again this varies from person to person ☺️

This is very person dependent. For example their weight, height, current output, training, amount of muscle, Training experience, what they currently eat/ do.

Hello all! Later night for me than usual, had a busy rest day.
So this morning I had a massage which was much needed!! I then had my nails done and did a little bit of shopping & a food shop. I then headed home to eat, prep and finish client new starters.
Then this evening I went to a pro meeting at the gym. Was lovely to see everyone some of them I hadn’t seen in ages so was nice to have a quick catch up ☺️ x

I love London bodybuilding is very much alive down there. Food wise there is some amazing restaurants so many hidden gems.

Good evening all!!
So today was back and delts, I had an awesome session. But then gymnastics energy levels felt low. I think traveling back from Devon yesterday stopping half way training legs + a late night due to food prepping/ shopping and unpacking and then training and gymnastics today has caught up on me.
This evening I’ve done client work and chilled tomorrow is a rest day and it’s very much needed ?? x

Hey. Just watched you train in the videos section and really impressive stuff. You seem so focused and dedicated in your training sessions and its motivating to see someone train hard. Going to read the entire log as well and learn something. Keep it up!

Full rom ranges from person to person. For example I’m very flexible some of my Rom would be too extreme to be loaded under weight and would cause injury. But ‘normal’ rom if anything will help strengthen tendons and ligaments but always be careful. I would always advise you stay within the rom that best suits the muscle you’re training
