    Good evening all!!

    So today was back and delts, I had an awesome session. But then gymnastics energy levels felt low. I think traveling back from Devon yesterday stopping half way training legs + a late night due to food prepping/ shopping and unpacking and then training and gymnastics today has caught up on me.

    This evening I’ve done client work and chilled tomorrow is a rest day and it’s very much needed ?? x

    Hey. Just watched you train in the videos section and really impressive stuff. You seem so focused and dedicated in your training sessions and its motivating to see someone train hard. Going to read the entire log as well and learn something. Keep it up!

    Full rom ranges from person to person. For example I’m very flexible some of my Rom would be too extreme to be loaded under weight and would cause injury. But ‘normal’ rom if anything will help strengthen tendons and ligaments but always be careful. I would always advise you stay within the rom that best suits the muscle you’re training

    Hellooo all hope you’ve had a lovely Friday!!

    Todays been a super long day. So I was up early this morning, packed up the car to come back home from Devon & then I did client work on the way home. Stopped off half way to train legs at shredz and then as soon as we got back I went straight to gymnastics. I’ve literally just got all my bags back in the house eaten my last meal and had a shower. Just about to get in bed now. Super busy day but happy to be back home ? x

    Good evening guys! So today was a rest day for me, and also a quieter day for me with work. So this morning I went on a nice walk around the harbour first thing then went home had my breakfast. I then did some client work/ messages and headed to a coffee shop to meet my friend and my client for a coffee. Was lovely to see them both and have a catch up.

    I then got the ferry across from kings quay to Dartmouth and spent the day walking round the town, beach and explored a castle/ church remains which was lovely. The views were fantastic. It’s been an awesome little break away from home and some much needed downtime. I feel super refreshed and ready to come back now. X

    I wouldn’t say it would effect hypertrophy at all, I would say that the hun alone isn’t enough to release muscular tension I would have regular sports massage and just use that inbetween either pre training like a little warm up, post if you feel a little tight or on an evening when you’re chilling and you’ve got doms it can help to relax a little

    Hello all!! Hope you’re all well. So today has been a little bit of a mixture. This morning I walked along the sea front to the lighthouse and back. And then come back to the apartment and did my client check ins ☺️ I then had a little nap as I was feeling super tired and then trained pull in a little underground gym it had an awesome old school vibe, very basic but some lovely old machines on there. Had an awesome session and then walked round the town had my post workout and had a nice coffee in a little coffee shop. This evening I’ve just chilled out been out again to the little beach for a wander and back and now I’m just watching a film before bed x

    Hey James, I would advise seeing a sports therapist as they can do assessments and make you a plan to rehab and get to the bottom of you issue. It could be tendonitis, carpal tunnel or a number of other things.

    I would advise taking join in, cure coming osteo pro and warm up plenty/ keep joints warm with sleeves and supports during your session. Can can also apply tiger balm or Kwan loong oil.

    To answer your question above I would probably say join in ??

    Good evening all! So today has been an awesome day. Client check ins this morning. So lovely to see my clients smashing it too ☺️ then trained push in Plymouth and then chilled this evening and been out for an off plan meal. We had a huge sea food platter it was absolutely gorgeous and nice to have some down time as this happens rarely tbh x

    Hey I suggest watching the educational section it explains how to set up your own splits and structure your training. Maybe if you set it up for yourself and different from your usual you’ll enjoy it a little more. Include exercises you enjoy and make your split something that works for you

    I would definitely factor in set rest days for example push pull rest legs rest.

    Like others have said on rest days you can still go to the gym so some cardio or stretching mobility work/ rehab/prehab exercises.

    Recovery is super important If you don’t rest you don’t recover and you’ll struggle to grow. Recovery is just as important as training and diet

    Hellooo all!

    Busy but good day today, this morning I went and trained at shredz I trained quads had an awesome session was such a good vibe and a nice little gym ☺️ and then a 3 hr drive to Devon, I did my client work and check ins on the way ☺️

    Once here I did a good shop and settled into the apartment ☺️ feeling pretty tired so I’ll probably be in bed pretty soon x
