Hey guys! Busy day of client work and farm work. Slight flare up in my neck/ back so rested from the gym today hopefully it settles fast x

I’d say it’s ok but I also don’t think it’s the best to drink digestion wise but as long as it doesn’t cause issues I think you’d be ok

Honestly this is just part of being lean. All you can do is set a nighttime routine be religious with it. Take your sleep supps, wind down pre bed come off your phone.

Hey guys! So busy day today client work/ calls followed by house work. I then trained upper had a pretty good session. All movements went down fine my neck still isn’t 100% but I’m not getting pain during training and after. Mainly just stiffness in a morning along with some pain but nowhere near where it was. So it’s improving. Check in today weight has held and hilly bumped my food! X

I’ve done cardio on rest days too same as Michaela never had any issues in recovery. As long as it’s not affecting your training I wouldn’t worry

Hey guys!! Rest day today and my busiest work day with clients today! So filled with lots of check ins and calls/ client plan changes. I also took Jax on an extra walk – I felt like a needed a break and some outdoor time mid way through the day and a little break away from my laptop. This evening I made mine and James last meal and caught up on house work x

Afternoon all! Successful push day today! After a busy day of client work. Felt pretty strong and good in the gym to say it’s been a tough week with the trapped nerve but I’m definitely feeling a lot better now x

I don’t intake a lot of sweetener but tend to use sucralose in my coffee in a morning (this is the only time I have sweetener) but never had any issues from this
