I went on this hack squat the other week, I found because I’m short (5’4) I needed the plate higher or otherwise I was hitting the stopper and not getting full rom so I it will come down to your height play about as see what feels right for you

Good evening all! Busy busy day today. Client work and check ins this morning, walked Lola trained pull, posed and then walked Lola again just getting into bed now for an early night. Checked in this morning, we’ve dropped the carbs out my breakfast just the 50g cor but other than that no other changes were made x

Hi all! So busy day for me! Studio practice this morning run through my skills and routine I then walked Lola come home did client check ins tidied the house and then had my nails done and trained push really good session today numbers were up which I’m happy about as usually my pressing starts to stall at this point in prep! Then this evening I’ve chilled and had a bath x

I prefer higher carb meals pre and post workout
I’d say it’s probably better to eat your meals than have them liquid but a shake and carbs is okay I guess if you’re in off season and struggling to get food in

I agree with the above a little soreness shouldn’t prevent your training if it physically impacts your session then definitely look into it

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend, today for me was back day so I did new client set ups in the morning walked Lola had a catch up with my dad then trained back, had a really good session then this evening I’ve chilled had a bath and early night x

Thanks for all the replies, really appreciated.
Had the MRI scan, the tendon will need to be re-attached if I want to go anywhere near a gym again.
Currently sat in hospital waiting for surgery. Initially it will be a stitch going through my humerus bone, I will need to be super careful while the tendon grafts back onto the bone.
High chance of the pec being completely asymmetrical – may whack a tattoo on it?
Got private medical, so I will go for lots of Re-hab and go with all their advice regarding getting back to training.
Awesome glad you’re on so quick for surgery! With your private medical push for shockwave on your scar it helps massively with the healing process ?? keep us updated with how the recovery goes! Wish you all the best

Hey all really nice day today caught up with my dad in the morning, he also brought me round my prop for the Arnold’s and it’s just perfect ? I then took Lola on a walk along the canal and then trained legs at a different gym just for a change of scenery ☺️ really good session legs are in absolute bits ?
Today was also my check in day weight is down to 60.1kg weight is dropping nicely which is awesome coach is happy and so am I ????and an early night for me

Like Jimmy said some deep tissue, shockwave or iastm will help for sure.
If the scar tissue is really bad unfortunately no amount of massage and so on will help and the only option would be surgery to remove if it’s not too deep/ too bad then massage will help

Evening all! So today was a gymnastics day so this morning I walked lola, did some work and then did lots of house work I swear I just made up jobs to be busy haha! And then had a really good gymnastics session super happy with how everything is coming on. Then this evening I’ve chilled had a bath and an early night for me x
