    Absolutely, thank you Kamari. I’m visiting my chiropractor once a week, as well as stretching/mobility work everyday + deep tissue massage once a week. Honestly it sucks getting a bit older, but health is wealth and I much admit as I move into my mid forties I’m enjoying the bodybuilding process as much as the results. I’ve thrown my self in 100% since my surgery and am amazed at that changes wrought even at this age. Been on 180mg tes TRT, blood work tested once a month – 20 mins cardio and 12,000 steps per day ? feel great

    Helllooo all! Busy day again today client check ins this morning, walked Lola cleaned the house and then had clients in clinic from 1-6:30 pm I then come home chilled and having an early night now x

    If you enjoy upper lower and that works for you then I’d go with that especially if you’re limited to when you can get in the gym

    What Jordan has suggested is your best bet! I would advise staying on top of recovery and soft tissue work too

    Whatever you feel will benefit your recovery most will be the best option for you. Like Clare has said I like to keep cardio minimal just enough to keep good cardiovascular health

    Good evening all! So super busy day today for me! This morning I had client check ins walked Lola and then did some more client work. Met my best friend for a coffee and then trained push had a really good session I will attach this below. Then this evening I’ve prepped my food for the next 2 days, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and chilled x

    Hello all rest day today and did the first day of my meeting routine worked out soo well I had much more energy for my skill practice then completed all my client work and napped and walked Lola later in the afternoon. This evening I’ve had a bath and chilled ☺️ x

    Hello all! So today felt much better after yesterday had a really good back session with my training partner and also walked Lola, this evening I’ve done some house work and had a bath.

    I’ve also altered my weekly routine. So where I practice my routine practice the only time I can practice is 7pm which for me is mega late as i usually feely tired and want to start winding down by this time so I’m going to start doing skills practice in a morning 7am after my first meal hoping this will mean I have much more energy during my routine practice. I will still pop to nova where I usually practice just to run through the odd skills on the matted floor x

    Hello all! So today hasn’t been the best session I trained lags 3 exercises in started feeling dizzy and hot and off and I then ended up fainting, lucky had some decent people around me that helped me out I drank the reminders of my intra chilled then had my pwo, I felt so tired after I come home napped then woke up feeling fine I walked Lola to get the rest of my steps in. Bit of an odd one so we will monitor this but hopefully just a random one off thing early night for me tonight so that I feel 100% for training tomorrow x

    Thankyou, I’m monitoring it going forward, but I trained back today and felt fine so hopefully just a one off ??

    I’d say first call would be see a physio, determine how bad the tear is and let them advise from there. Depending on how bad it may be healed quicker than you thing. Take cure coming and join in to help with the healing process too! Wish you a speedy recovery
