Hello all! So today hasn’t been the best session I trained lags 3 exercises in started feeling dizzy and hot and off and I then ended up fainting, lucky had some decent people around me that helped me out I drank the reminders of my intra chilled then had my pwo, I felt so tired after I come home napped then woke up feeling fine I walked Lola to get the rest of my steps in. Bit of an odd one so we will monitor this but hopefully just a random one off thing early night for me tonight so that I feel 100% for training tomorrow x

On a plus side I will be utilising all this spare time sat in a hospital bed reading through the site and catching up on all the content! Always look on the bright side I guess!
It’s absolutely ruined me to call prep of but I genuinely feel it’s for the best with how things currently are. In the bigger picture you can’t put a price on health can you.

Good evening!! So busy one today client work in the morning & steps then gymnastics this evening along with a few more steps had a really good skills practice tonight learnt a new trick needs some work but good for my first try x

Hello all! So very busy day today client check ins and walked Lola in the morning then worked in the clinic 1-8pm food shop then home shower and bed. Rest day today first day I’ve felt low on energy but I think it’s due to rest day and having lots of clients in the clinic after this week my hours are reduced so I can aid my recovery better x

This is really hard to saying without physically performing a few tests, I would advise seeing a physio before it becomes even more so of a problem

Hello all really good pull session today despite my rdls feeling off but the rest of the session was good! Did a nice early walk with Lola then did my client check ins then after training I’ve done more check ins walked Lola again had a bath and in bed now a little later night tonight just because I had so much to get done today.
Check in was this morning weight was still 62kg but definitely starting to come in now x

Hey all! Really busy day for me client check ins and walked Lola then baby sorted for a few hour whilst trying to finish work haha!! Then trained push and did some skills practice after. Really good push session no crazy pbs but it was a good session everything felt super good x

Hope you’ve all had a lovely Monday. Rest day today for me. Usual Monday too for me walked Lola, client check ins then saw my dad had a coffee and catch up I then did a food shop, food prep and then had a bath this evening and chilled x
