    Heyy all! So rest day today from training. So I did client work in the morning then walked Lola. I also had routine practice today mainly a skills practice and then this evening I’ve had a bath and chilled ready for legs tomorrow x

    Like Oscar has said what are you doing to improve your knee pain you shouldn’t just avoid it, you should definitely be actively seeking help from a physio or sports therapist to help and then train round for the time being. With injuries and niggles it’s very individual you yourself will know what movements you can and can’t do avoid anything that makes it worse or gives you pain and make sure you warm up plenty wear knee sleeves and do pre wo mobility

    This looks more like a postural issues for sure that’s then causing imbalances as a secondary problem so I would definitely go visit a physio or sports therapist and get them look into the issue possibly see a chiropractor too

    Hellooo all so checked in a day early today as kuba asked for it. Weight was down to 63.0 from Monday which was 64.1 so kuba ordered a urban burger so I had that this evening. Today was a rest day I have a few clients in clinic a quieter Thursday than normal for me but it was nice as I managed to have a catch up with my dad and a phone all with my best friend and get my nails done too ? x

    Heyy all! Hot one today!

    This morning I did the usual client work and check ins walked Lola and then trained pull very good session up on most things despite the weather!

    I then did a little short walk with Lola had a bath and chilled this evening x

    I usually have isolate but with something else like an actual meal not just iso alone I’d advise having an actual meal which can include iso

    Good evening all! Busy one for me today client check ins then walked Lola and trained push. I then met a friend for a coffee post workout and then later in the evening went for routine practice had a really really good session super happy with how my routine is coming along. I’ll attach my training session in the picture very good session up on everything.

    No changes have been made since I started prep as I’ve continuously dropped since then so check in is Friday and we’ll see what the boss says. Started back on cycle today 10mg var

    Had a really productive and good day today! X

    Coming back from two herniated discs , any advice ? First time training properly in a year .

    Go in very cautious, find out what movements hurt and what feels good. Again reset every movement choose form over weight and build up slowly over time.

    Thanks for reply.

    I’ve had to stop barbell squatting and conventional deadlifting a few years back as every time I got back to a decent weight my disc would go and put me back again. RDL’s actually seem to help providing i do them super strict. Not sure what I did yesterday.

    100% I need to do more mobility, I think another factor is tight hamstrings.

    Choose form over weight everytime, reset your lifts and build up from there don’t let form slip at all. Get some soft tissue work done on your posterior chain and also lots of stretching for hammies and mobility work for posterior chain

    This would be very person dependant, I would keep up with all rehab work consistently, and mobility work this is probably something you will need to do for the foreseeable. Work out what movements feel good and what hurts avoid anything that causes the slightest pain. Start light and build up. I would reduce frequency also during this process of easing back into training. Make sure you’re getting regular physio/ sports massage

    Sounds like it could be tendonitis/tendinopathy, don’t do anything that aggregates it and get some shockwave treatment it works absolute wonders for it

    Yeah it’s normal if you’re hitting it hard! I always make sure On leg days I have nothing to do after so that I can literally bath and then bed

    Hello all!

    Check in this am weight up slightly to 64.1 holding a little bit of inflammation after the weekend I’ve had a busy one so I did reduced steps today and an evening in the clinic. Also squeezed in a nap and I feel much more rested now ?

    Today was a rest day so no training just posing in the am and chilled whilst doing client check ins x
