So as much as I tried to keep my birthday low key as I hate fuss it was out haha ? so I couldn’t hide it anymore haha!!
I had a lovely day did my routine practice this morning the. Had my nails done and a facial I then saw my parents and went for a steak and off plan meal this evening with the girls ?
Check in this morning was awesome prep is a go as of tomorrow ? straight on it for the Arnold’s prep!! Super excited x

I would definitely get it check out by a physio, sports therapist. And get some soft tissue work done. Leaving it could lead to an injury and so on

Hello all so I woke this morning feeling g a little tired and run down so I decided to take the day off work. I then got a phone call from kuba asking me to go to the gym for a ‘promo shoot’ so I headed over to the gym, little did I know that me and jade were being given our official Arnold’s invites In person!! Such a personal touch I loved it. I was supper shocked didn’t expect that at all so really made my day. This evening I’ve walked Lola had a soak in the bath and watched a film ? x

I always keep it as far as possible usually fasted cardio upon waking and then train around 4pm

Hello!! Busy one today client check ins in the morning, then did some house work and then trained pull had a really good session had my friend join in with me and my training partner which was lovely to see her as it’s been agesss!!
Very warm sweaty session felt tough to be honest. This evening I’ve walked Lola once it cooled down and just got chilled out for the night x

I have 100g in my diet to help it definitely does help but you may get more benefits from supplementing

As long as you’re still progressing I wouldn’t Increase just yet get the most out of each bit of food along the way. As long as you’re still progressing and recovering you’re fine as soon as anything drops then increase food slowly

So today I did client work in the morning, and a little bit of house work, food prepped, walked Lola and then trained push at 4pm really good strong session.
This evening I’ve just chilled and had a bath x

Manage your sessions and recovery do movements that don’t aggravate the tendonitis. Also take cure coming and join in. And shockwave is honestly the best for tendonitis. I have it in my clinic and I’ve used it on many bodybuilders it works veryyyy well!!

Completely agree with Clare doms isn’t always a representation of improving your physique. If you’re progressing on your lifts and feeling good and strong you don’t need to feel sore every single session

Hello hope you’ve all had a lovely bank holiday and enjoyed the sunshine.
Today was a rest day I was up early walked Lola, did client check ins and client work, food prepped and then had clients in the clinic 2-8pm busy one today. Just had a soak in the bath and I’ll be in bed shortly.
Check in this am 17 weeks out 1 more week till I start prep! I really can’t wait. Feeling a little sick of food right now x
