I’d continue to train just be careful and keep a close eye on it for any changes or any pain increase. If you notice anything change at all or the pain increases go back to your gp also if the pain isn’t gone in a week I’d go back again and ask for a second opinion. If it’s really bothering you.. you can ask for a second opinion don’t be scared if it’s bothering you

I’d probably move over to ppl now, possibly get some soft tissue work done run a little deload and you should be good to go

It honestly depends how you feel I think this is individual! Some people need the rest others after food and hydration have really good sessions. For me I definitely need rest post show and then ease myself back in with a few lighter sessions

Hello all! Hope you’re all well so today for me I did client work in the am, and walked Lola I then trained push has an absolutely awesome session felt veryyy strong! And hit some really good numbers! This evening I’ve chilled and had a bath ready for pull tomorrow x

Hey I would definitely go and see a physio or sports therapist as there’s a few tests they can do to pinpoint exactly what it could be

Happy Monday all! So today for me was super busy as normal client check ins in the morning, walked Lola and then Worked 2-6 in the clinic I was supposed to be working till 8 but I have a migraine so I cancelled my last 2 clients so I could come try and sleep it off. I feel a little better but it’s still there hopefully feel better in the morning x

It’s definitely possible, if it puts your mind at rest go see a doctor but tbh I’d just give it the time it needs to recover, you can still do chest movements with cables and cuffs. The thing is with the doctors unless you have very visible issues they will just tell you to rest. Take a look at peptides bpc157 that will help with healing ☺️

Hitting them multiple times a week definitely works. I only train calves once a week but mine are pretty proportionate a lot of my growth come from gymnastics and dancing

So today I did a little bit of work this morning, then walked Lola and the trained legs! I had a really good session super happy with my cybex hack after it being the first time on a hack in 4/5 months. Can’t wait to get stronger on it.
This evening I’ve prepped my meals, walked Lola and chilled ☺️ x

So today was a busy day, client work in the morning, and walked Lola.
I then did routine/ gymnastics practice with some help from Pheebs watching over my practice ?
This evening I’ve had a soak in the bath very much needed ready for legs tomorrow! X
