Hello all! So today was a rest day for me and I worked 11-8pm in the clinic very busy day I also food prepped in the am and walked Lola this evening I’ve chilled and iced my hands as they was sore from work haha!
Excited for gymnastics practice tomorrrow with Pheebs ☺️ x

So today I had client check ins in the am, walked Lola had my nails done and then trained pull with Jim Bob really good session despite a hip niggle which stopped me doing sldl but the rest of my session was spot on! Just having a soak in the bath now before and early night as I’m super busy tomorrow x

I really like rear delt row or rear delt pull down these are my fav at the minute

I reckon this could work well, as long as the arm session is short and not too fatiguing and isolation work

We are finally getting somewhere.
Sleep study done, repeat bloods on thursday as BUN and creatinine were slightly elevated (had trained the day before bloods)
No news of kidney scan still but cardiology aren’t concerned with my ECG results and said it’s totally normal.
An MRI scan has been requested on my back to check for compressed/damaged nerves or spinal issues. Slowly but surely getting results.
Booked in with a chiropractor next week to see if they can see any issues

So today I did client work in the morning and walked Lola I then trained push with jade and filmed for the site so keep an eye out as that will be out in around a week! Had a really good session. & I finished off with skills practice. This evening I’ve had a soak in the bath and chilled very much needed.
