    Hey all so today is usually skills practice day but do to literally getting an hours sleep last night I took today to rest I’ve walked Lola twice and had the odd nap to try and catch up on sleep, I’ve also done some work around my naps haha! Hoping after an early night I’ll be feeling much better tomorrow x

    This can just happen you can just become intolerant to something just like that. Swap it out for cor or something and you can always try and introduce at a later date

    I’d say oura is the most accurate, I personally have a Fitbit but I’ll be upgrading to an oura very soon

    Hello all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Thursday! Today was my clinic day and a rest day I had a very busy full day of clients in the clinic along with walk Lola and chilling this evening whilst icing my hands ? they was battered after 9 clients another rest day tomorrow & 2 more deload sessions and I’ll be good to go x

    Comfortable, like kuba has said close to barefoot. I feel like my feet don’t slide forward like they do on some leg presses on say for example vans/ converse.

    It shouldn’t cause issues if you’re just using it to warm up and like hilly said not trying to break down adhesions

    Helllo all happy hump day ???

    So today for me was deload pull session it was still a really good session but I definitely need this deload I’m feel pretty beat up! 2 more deload sessions and 2 rest days and I’m good to go – well hopefully haha!

    Today I did the usual client check ins in the morning, walked Lola morning and post workout then had a bath this evening to try and help my aching body ? x

    I just wait till my heart rates come down a little and I feel hungry for myself it’s usually around 20 mins after but can be longer if you need to

    So today hit me like a tonne of bricks!! We had planned a deload for next week but it got moved to today my first 2 exercises on push today felt heavy I felt fatigued was wasn’t reaching numbers so for the rest of the session we just did back off sets and I’ll do this for the rest of the week! Session wasn’t the best but it’s deload so ??‍♀️ I also did my skills practice after which was really really good and also did some back flexibility and leg flexibility work. X

    Hello all happy Monday ? so today for me was a rest day but a busy one I walked Lola and did client check ins then had a full clinic 2-8pm and then walked Lola again and chilled this evening

    Check in this morning was a good one I checked in at 66.6kg at 20 weeks out and feeling in a really good position! 1 more week of pushing then I’m deloading before prep so I’m nice and fresh!
