If it causes you pain and the set up is spot on then I wouldn’t bother using it
If it is however patella tendinitis I would look at getting some shockwave therapy very good for tendonitis ??

Hello all happy Monday ? so today for me was a rest day but a busy one I walked Lola and did client check ins then had a full clinic 2-8pm and then walked Lola again and chilled this evening
Check in this morning was a good one I checked in at 66.6kg at 20 weeks out and feeling in a really good position! 1 more week of pushing then I’m deloading before prep so I’m nice and fresh!

I agree with Oscar this needs to be a song that means something to you could be that it just gives you a good vibe for example something you know well and has a good beat to hit poses too ?

I’d agree with Clare you need to get to the bottom of the knee pain first see a sports therapist or physio and then look at your training avoid any movements that cause or aggravate pain for your knees also add in plenty of mobility work, warm ups prior to training. The best knee sleeves I’ve used is strength shop ?

Hello all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend!
This morning I walked Lola and did lots of house work caught up after a busy week and also did some nee client start up plans. I then train back( my top up session) with jimbob really good session improved on all my movements which I’m buzzing about. I then did some pwo posing and then come home walked Lola again had a bath and finished off the rest of my client plans! Busy but a productive Sunday x

I agree with Clare if you’re prepping for a comp I wouldn’t ever go off plan but if you’re just dieting and you want to enjoy the day with your family & have a off plan meal then reduce your carbs earlier in the day & stay active. Try not to overthink

Hey! Once I’ve done cardio I’m usually hungry so I get me meal in straight away.

Choosing feds I’d say watch a show or watch YouTube look at the categories and competitors see what suits you the most. Most feds also do first timer categories so that would be a good option

This morning I did a little bit of client work then walked Lola, food prepped, did some house work and then trained legs with jimbob! Really good session feeling it now ? then once home I walked Lola again and had a bath this evening x

What’s your goal? Like Clare has said no need to be aggressive you could even increase cals for a short while then continue to pull down and keep pushing on

I would do rest day diet, no cardio but still try and get your steps in in small short walks but if you’re ill I’ll and not just a stomach bug then I would do RD diet and 0 steps just rest up
