Hello!! So today was a good but busy one I did client check ins in the morning & walked Lola then it was routine practice day, I went and visited Emma in Leeds with Pheebs to help put my routine together we have done the first 40secs of my routine and filmed/ documented for YouTube. Super happy and excited with what we’ve done already and I seriously can’t wait to see what we can bring to stage this time ??? I then come home had a nap, walked Lola, bath and chilled this evening x

You need to find what movements for you trigger it. And avoid them try alternatives also make sure you stay on top of it with soft tissue work, mobility work too will also help. When you have a flare up taking cure coming and join in will also help

Hello all! Busy one for me today! So it was rest day but I had client check ins in the morning then walked Lola and had a massage, I then tried on a few possible bikinis for my shows this year! All very exciting ? and then worked 12-8 pm with clients in the clinic. Then home food prep bath and bed. Busy rest day x

I know you say your forms pretty spot on but something like this wouldn’t occur if form is right for you, but also can be affected by a few other factors for example if you’re sitting a lot at work take regular breaks to stretch and walk around stay on top of mobility work and get regular soft tissue work

I would come down get yourself really nice and lean and then push up slowly and grow from there. If you was to push right now you would just find yourself getting softer and not actually beneficial in terms of growth

Happy hump day ?
Today for me was usual client check ins, walked Lola then trained pull with jimbob really good session progressed on all my lifts except sldl which I scaled back a little because we changed from touch and go to dead stop so I knocked back to 130kg just to make sure I nailed form before pushing forward and progressing.
This evening be had a soak in the bath and caught up with a little bit of work x

Hello all, hope you’ve all had a lovely Tuesday.
Super busy day for me today Client check ins In the morning then attended a meeting with regen physio. And then Trained push really good session with Jim Bob I’ll attach this below! Still getting stronger each session which is absolutely awesome and super happy with my PB on the nautilus the shoulder press today 100kg for 7. I’d like 3pps before the end of my off season. X

Good evening all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Monday!!
So today for me usual Monday client check ins in the am then clinic clients in the evening 2-8 pm. Monday’s are now my rest days as I’ve changed to set days now. So current training plans goes like this..
Mon- rest
Tues- push & skills practice
Wed – pull
Thurs – rest
Fri – routine practice
Sat – legs
Sun- back (top up)
Check in this morning was awesome super happy with my current situation and food has been increased added a extra meal on wed, fri, sat & sundays
20g iso & 1 muffin. We noticed that over a weekend I was dropping because my expenditure over a weekend is high due to gymnastics legs and back session back to back so the extra food is 100% needed!
All in all super happy with my position I’m in with Emma Hyndman Friday to get to work with my routine and prep will be starting in around 4 weeks time x

Hey to start off with I’d advice watching the educational videos they explain how to set up training splits.
Physique wise I’d just say overall size if that’s your goal.

I agree food quality varies but I get a good quality meat and from the uk
Like the other have said carbs are carbs it’s mainly meat sources that I focus on being quality
