Good evening all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Monday!!
So today for me usual Monday client check ins in the am then clinic clients in the evening 2-8 pm. Monday’s are now my rest days as I’ve changed to set days now. So current training plans goes like this..
Mon- rest
Tues- push & skills practice
Wed – pull
Thurs – rest
Fri – routine practice
Sat – legs
Sun- back (top up)Check in this morning was awesome super happy with my current situation and food has been increased added a extra meal on wed, fri, sat & sundays
20g iso & 1 muffin. We noticed that over a weekend I was dropping because my expenditure over a weekend is high due to gymnastics legs and back session back to back so the extra food is 100% needed!All in all super happy with my position I’m in with Emma Hyndman Friday to get to work with my routine and prep will be starting in around 4 weeks time x

I agree with the above they’re not accurate enough. Definitely agree you should do an elimination diet

Definitely sounds like cramp. When you get severe cramp it can cause like a doms like feeling which eases off. Get some soft tissue work and keep hydrated and get some electrolytes in, it should be fine

Nice little back top up day today and some posing. Super excited to start prep I just want to start now! But few more weeks of pushing then it’s go time ??

Hey all! Happy Saturday!
Usual sat for me little bit of work in the morning, had my client come check in with me in person also which was lovely! And then trained legs with jimbob really good strong session pb hot on leg press which I’m buzzing about! I’ll attach my session below! This evening I’ve walked Lola and had a bath to hopefully help with my doms as I can feel them already haha x

Honestly depends this is very individual, I like to wait till I feel like my heart rate has come down a little it can be around 20-30 mins

I just prefer pen and paper, I find being on my phone can be distracting especially if you accidentally click a message or something. I just prefer it but honestly it really doesn’t matter as long as you can record it

Hey! I agree with Jimmy this isn’t something I’ve really come across either, I definitely believe in slow controlled eccentrics but just doing eccentric training only I can’t see how it would be beneficial

Really good but busy day today! So this morning I did client check ins and walked Lola I then did gymnastics and skills practice and had my off plan meal before legs tomorrow! X

This is individual to the person but I’d say that’s spot on and not too much especially good for health and improved digestion as Haider mentioned

Join in and cure coming are an absolute must!! Also avoid any trigger movements!
Go visit a physio and if possible get shockwave therapy minimum 6 sessions will clear up tendonitis ??
