Hello! So I had to take another rest day today because I woke up feeling a little poorly but after resting up through the day plenty of naps and fluids I feel much better this evening ? so today literally consisted of 1 walk with Lola we only did a short walk as my head was pounding. I then spent the day resting napping and chilling – with a few client messages inbetween then I had a bath and relax this evening. X

So today was another rest day I walked Lola had a play on the hoop with alix and then did some work and visited my mum for a cuppa and catch up x

Hello all! So today was a rest day, I had a little lay in caught up on some sleep, walked Lola, did some client work and tided and cleaned the house too to bottom and then alix come over for the evening we walked Lola and watched a film been nice to have some company and chill x

Hi, so a good way to start obviously it would be hard right now with lockdowns and gym closures but ideally build a client base up as a PT then you can gain knowledge and a good idea of working as a PT then transfer this online once you have a few transformations
If you’re wanting to start now I agree with max start by helping a few friends create a brand and name for yourself be active on socials posting about clients and putting out free helpful content for people

Like Clare has said it will only interfere if you’re doing it so much you can’t recover, doing it for health reasons can be beneficial to your training and your off season

Heyy all!
So today was leg day had a really good session first leg session of my new training plan so was just setting numbers today but walking lunges killed me off after banded leg press brutal session!! Still being careful around spinal loading as you will see from my session below.
Today I also walked Lola, caught up with client work, and this evening chilled and watched a a Netflix series. Tomorrow’s a rest day and I’ve got lots to do so bed time for me x

So sldl I go all the way to the floor touch the floor 0 bounce and 0 leg bend then RDL I come just below knee with the same knee bend you’ve shown in the photo ☺️

Hello all! So today was another busy day! Client check ins walked Lola caught up on other bits of work then a zoom call meeting this evening I also food prepped and took Lola on another walk, today was a rest day needed after a full day of working in the clinic yesterday, I feel ready for legs now x

Hey guys! Busy day today, walked Lola in the am before training trained a little earlier around half10 had a really good push session and then headed to work in the private hospital for the evening 2-8pm I then walked Lola again and caught up with a friend on FaceTime ?

Getting regular soft tissue work- weekly is best, put in place a good mobility routine pre workout and on rest days also incorporate stretching routine on rest days too, do everything you can to prioritise recovery baths etc.. also during training use supports around aching joints and using Kwan Lang oil or tiger balm to help keep joints warm – making sure you have a good warm up before session too
