    Pull the other day, 155kg deadlift for 7 reps then 125kg for 13 WAS GASSED after wards haha
    Legs I hit 3pps for 17 reps on hack, probably need to up the weight as I wanted somewhere between 8-12 reps lol
    Check in with coach this morning. Happy ish but not really hahaha

    This is very common heard it from a lot of people.. all I can say is get a better protein powder for example jp whey iso or concerntrate and the vegan whey is you struggle with digestion is also great

    Heyy all hope you’ve had a lovely Tuesday!

    Today for me was a rest day so it consisted of client check ins walking Lola and setting up 2 new clients on the team ☺️ I then nipped into the clinic for a meeting with Jason from regen and then returned home food prepped for tomorrow, finished client work and then wrote myself a new mobility plan ☺️ and planned the rest of my week trying to remain productive especially right now as this is usually the time I start to let routine slip a little bit I’m making sure that doesn’t happen x

    No I wouldn’t say that’s too much i usually train for around 2 hours, this is very individual. Are you recovering? Are you progressing physically and are you getting stronger? Would be a few questions I would be asking myself

    If you can still train and at a good intensity I wouldn’t change your calls just in days you don’t train obviously just do rest day food

    This is very hard to say as it’s very individual everyone will be different at this point depending on their output their whole prep and so on there’s way too many variables to answer this question for you
