Hey guys! So today was a rest day, I spent the most of the day at the hospital with my grandad, came home walked Lola, cut her and bathed her then chilled this evening caught up on messages and so on.
Today we received the news that my grandad had passed in his sleep.. something we had all been waiting for these past few days it’s been awful for him and for us. But now he’s no longer in pain and can be with my grandma forever! I will make him proud ❤️

Rest on your rest day, you will need it but if you want to increase frequency add in extra few exercises pre legs or something?

Hey guys hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday!
Today for me was leg day had a really good session, looking forward to changing things up as of Friday with extra volume for my back to help bring it up a little.
I also had a full day of clients in the clinic so it’s a been a busy one, then come home and walked Lola/ chilled this evening and food prepped for tomorrow x

Hey, IMO bikini girls don’t need anything more than anavar and that’s just towards the back end of prep.
And only if needed!Just to put things into perspective I only take anavar and I cycle off season and prep I do 10mg for around 8-10 weeks then come off and on prep it’s usually run throughout maybe increasing to 15mg for last few weeks but I compete in fitness
Have you got a coach to help advise on this ?

Forgot to add this.. I checked in with Kuba yesterday woke up 61kg Kuba is happy with my position, only training 3 sessions between today and next Friday then we’re increasing volume and changing up my training a little time to ramp things up for off season now my recovery is on point x

Hey guys sorry I didn’t update last night, I spent the whole day in hospital with my grandad and my dad from 11.30 till 7 pm and once I got home I just wanted to bath eat and bed, was quite an emotional day.
Yesterday other than being in hospital I walked Lola in the morning I didn’t train but I’m going to train legs today after work- I’ve got 6 clients in the clinic today then I’ll probably head to the hospital after training legs x

So me personally I’ve only ever used 10mg anavar off season and back end of prep I went up to 15mg – I really feel like females really can get quite a lot out of anavar before using over compounds. Like the guys have said, Kuba, wotti and Stefan- primo would be the other option as a female x

Like Clare said rest ice and anti inflammatory- cure coming, but definitely get checked out as you may need surgery depending on the severity of the injury

Are my fav combos!!
I like making mine either on the hob very low heat keep stirring till it’s the consistency you want or do the same with hot water but I feel that takes a lot longer to get a smooth consistency compared to the pan.
I also like to add fruit – bananas or raisins or raspberries
Dark choc in cor when it’s warm so it melts within it is also lush!
When you put it in the fridge it thickens a little and then it’s like a cold desert ?

Hi all,
Hope you’ve all had a good day! Today’s been a really touchy day.. I don’t usually post about my personal life but I thought I would open up and speak as it’s all part of my journey, so 2 days ago my grandad got rushed to hospital coughing up blood he’s been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has now been moved to the end of life care ward, so all the family got together and come visit! It’s been a very emotional evening and hard for us all to take it I as it’s happened so so fast, I was supposed to be training legs and working but I got the phone call just before starting legs, I think tomorrow I will train leg depending on how I feel but with times like this I’m best keeping structure as normal or I struggle. So tomorrow is just client check ins and then supposed to be a rest day but I might train as I’ve missed legs today. This evening I got in walked Lola had a shower and just been chilling, bed time now for me as today’s been a tiring emotional day! Sorry that today’s log isn’t as positive as normal but I guess this is real, night x

But super excited for next year now I know where I stand in a pro line up it’s really highlighted to me areas I need to improve on x

http://www.trainedbyjp-nutrition.com – highest quality supplements on the market.I’m a little bit of a freak and no matter how much Kuba has pushed me in the past with off season we’ve never needed to tidy and that’s was roughly 6k cals but I guess every offseason is different so we will just see how it goes.
Yes so it does affect my skill practice but if anything it’s beneficial as if I can do all my skills at my heaviest once I diet everything is a hell of a lot easier when leaner – so whilst I’ve got all the energy I really go for it with new skills and practice then on prep it should all be ready to just practice x

I know it’s not always convenient for everyone but if it’s really that big of an issue and you’ve been down every avenue first then maybe suggest it to them, but first hand make sure you’ve covered every aspect- ie are they having extras Cals they shouldn’t like for example in coffees lots of sauces and so on as they add up over the week
