    If that’s all you can do that will be fine honestly it’s temporary so I’m sure it will be fine stay active and maybe set a steps target that’s a good way of increasing activity too outside of the gym ☺️

    Hey all so had a busy day last few days have been hectic moving clients around ready for lockdown setting up at home plans for all my clients but it’s all sorted now, had a busy but good day, walked Lola this morning then had clients in the clinic all evening, rest day today so no training but back in the gym tomorrow final Gym session before it shuts ? hopefully for not as long as last time but we will see x

    Hi Matt,
    how are you managing your quad tendinitis? As this would be something to look at first, as for training I would then look to avoid anything that causes direct pain, I would warm up very well and wear knee supports also using things such as kwan long oil will help keep your knees warm throughout your session

    Currently 12 weeks into a gaining phase and my left quad tendon is starting to bug me again, not bad but I can feel it again. Happens every time the past 2 nearly 3 years once I start to really push up
    In strength.
    I’m taking curcumin, join in, massage every fortnight, stretching, warming up, no more leg extensions because Aguirre a session extensions seem to flare it up. Wearing sbd sleeves, taking anti inflammatorys tablets and cream. doing everything I can but still seems to linger.[/quote]

    Hey Randy! You look awesome on your picture! Like the others have mentioned as we get older you produce less testosterone, but this doesn’t mean you can’t progress! Stay on top of your eating recovery and training!

    Hey guys! So today I spent the morning planning how to move balmy business forward really excited to get the ball rolling with that! I also put up a curtain in my bedroom with my dad and then headed to the gym to train legs! Last leg session before the gyms shut so yea safe to say I absolutely smashed that session 2 pbs 1 on leg press and 1 on hack squat!! To say the gyms are closing again in very positive as we’ve done this once we can do it again 100%! Like I’ve said in my previous log updates if anyone needs to chat or any questions please direct message me or ask away in my log I will help anyone anyway I can ☺️ this evening I’m going to walk Lola and have a bath and chill out ready for a busy 2 days before my clinic has to shut x

    I’d maybe be adding in some more hamstring work as your leg workouts seem very quad dominant so maybe add more hamstring isolations in

    I would probably lower cals a little just to make up for the lower output- but I’d make adjustments as needed depending on how things go you can always just increase output if needed

    I usually stay clear of this type of thing the same as aj but if you have had a consistent amount throughout it shouldn’t hinder your diet

    I like to have it either the night before legs or pull or after a big training session but I do prefer the night before personally

    Hey all! Today’s been a pretty chilled day, I did some admin this morning and walked Lola I then went to my mums for the evening and had dinner with them – I thought my mum was cooking Sunday dinner but actually we had mince and veg hahaha so pretty much the same as my plan anyway ?? but it was nice hahah! This even I’ve had a bath and chilled, it’s been nice to have a quiet day ready for a busy week now ☺️ x

    Hey, first of all anything that’s painful I wouldn’t do, having regular soft tissue work can make it more comfortable for you, doing regular core work and mobility work will also help, I would train but only do what the body allows without pain, I would looking getting it fixed ASAP I know you mentioned you can’t afford does your health care not offer this on them i understand in some places they do not but maybe look into it
