Hey I knows it’s slightly different but I do gymnastics weekly alongside bodybuilding and I also did the all way through prep as it’s needed for my category in fitness, so depending on recovery you could reduce to just doing 1 top set and 1 back off set, and also you could drink an intra during your boxing if needed obviously depending on if you’re in off season or dieting. There’s always ways round it, I always make sure that I did my training first and any gymnastics after if it fell on the same day so it didn’t take away from my training sessions, hope this helps

It’s individual, if appetite allows it go for it I like taking mine pre workout and before bed on rest days but again it’s individual

Like Clare has said it can be hard to narrow it down but will be due to probably diet supps

Yes I agree you definitely could do with running a push, pull off legs off to recover optimally. This will make your sessions much more productive

It’s not be officially announced but I know a lot of us are expecting it to happen after last time, but we all just need to remain positive we got through the last lockdown we will get through this lockdown

Hi Matt,
how are you managing your quad tendinitis? As this would be something to look at first, as for training I would then look to avoid anything that causes direct pain, I would warm up very well and wear knee supports also using things such as kwan long oil will help keep your knees warm throughout your session

That would be a lot of cherry bakewell ? – me personally I think I’ll be have choc caramel with mine or vanilla ?? mixed with a small amount of water so it’s like a paste and then put on top of the cor like a topping ?

Could be due to being on cycle could be something you’re eating drinking supplements

Hey guys so today was a good but very busy day, client check ins and new starters this morning, then a day full of clients in the clinic then trained pull with jade, mint vibe in the gym today everyone was in killing it training hard music was bouncing it was lovely to see.. then the news tonight was just sad! Whatever happens though we got this we can do it again lockdown number 2 let’s do this, I feel so Grateful to have been able to compete this year and feel sorry for them that now won’t be able to ? but all we can do is take the positives from this and keep moving forward, if anyone needs a hand or advice ask my questions on here or pop me a private message on insta and I will support/ advise anyone I can ❤️

Warm ups are completely dependent on you as a person and the weight you’re warming up to but making sure this doesn’t use up too much energy and take away from your top sets

Hey all so today was check in day, I weighed in at 60.4 still holding condition nicely but fullness has returned which is good!
Food on rest day has been upped so I will add that below – training still remains on 1 top set just till my body has recovered properly and I’m running at 100%
Today consisted of client check ins, updated plans and then headed to Leeds for a coffee with Jamie and we went for sushi which was lovely ☺️ this evening were just chilling and then I’ve got a busy day tomorrow x
