    Hey guys! Rest day again today. Been a productive one. Dog walks, farm work. And some errands. A zoom meeting this afternoon too and some chilling between. Overall pretty chilled but productive rest day

    Hey all rest day today, had a little lay in – I never normally by lay in I mean 6am 😅 but I was feeling super tired and for once I didn’t have a reason to be up immediately so was nice to have a lay in and a slower morning. Took Lola to the groomers, run a few errands. Walked the dogs and did some house chores. A little bit of client work too. Overall a chilled but productive rest day x

    I’d say if you’re still pretty lean this is a possibility. You shouldn’t be getting bloated however. Have you changed food sources?

    Hey guys! So usual Friday for me, trained pull has an awesome session back up to 3pps definitely had more reps but my straps failed me haha I think I need new ones. I’ve also done a food shop today, walked the dogs and done client work x

    I do think it’s a very good supplement but if you’re not taking the basics before hand then I would look at taking them first

    My thoughts would be change gym of you can’t go at a quieter time. Otherwise you’d have to jump in and work in with people

    Hey guys! Leg day today! Different gym today just one a little closer so I’m not travelling as far. Did the usual client work & dog walks/ cows sorted. Had a fairly chilled evening- very much needed after a hectic few days x

    I agree with Michaela – try not to overthink if all is good then 1-1.5g per meals is more than enough

    Hey guys! So today has been a busy one sorted the dogs and cows this morning. Completed half my client check ins and then headed to the hospital for James coming out of surgery. I then spent so time with him keeping him company. I also did some work whilst there. Luckily James got to come home same day which is fantastic and hopefully can get back to recovering and resting quicker as he never sleeps in hospital – I don’t think many do. So this afternoon I walked the dogs, cooked James tea and my meal. Completed the rest of my check ins and then just winding down now and reading. I moved today’s training session round just due to James being in hospital but I can train thurs/ Fri now and still have my rest day on the weekend
