    Hi I stick to a pretty strict off season plan mainly because it’s easy my plan is so high in cals and full of food I love for example breakfast is a full cooked breakfast and I have muffin pre workout and fruit and yoghurt so all foods I love. Now and again I do allow myself an off plan meal for example my birthday Christmas and so on

    I’d go with food you can digest nothing wrong with toast or bagel or crumpets at all I’ve had all of these in my diet in the past

    If possible I’d say keep cardio away from weights best time really is in the morning out the way for the rest of the day

    Hi all so today was rest day had a pretty chill one today, walked Lola food prepped and then set up my new MacBook, now me and Jamie are just off to a friends for the evening ☺️ x

    I’m similar to Clare if I hype myself up too much I lose my form especially on a heavier weight so I need to be calm listening to music I know and like. But like others have said I don’t over think the actual weight I’m lifting I just believe in myself that I can do it and if I miss then back off a little and come back to attack again next session, but if you’re moving weight up accordingly then really you should hit the weight everytime as I never move up a weight till I’m ready to do so

    Hi everyone, had a late one today

    So today was leg day, had a pretty chill morning a few client check ins and then did a few emails and then chilled out waiting for Jamie to finish work then we trained legs and took Lola on a walk.

    Really good leg session today despite the weather we got a good session in x

    Halcyon is a big one that will help, try baths, yoga, massage have a good nighttime routine same time make sure you’ve eaten all your meals well before bedtime and come off your phone at least an hour before bed
