    Hey all today was a rest day so I got up did my cardio had breakfast and walked Lola, I had a few new online clients start so I set them all up with their plans and then did a food shop cooked my meals for next 3 days and Jamie’s and then walked Lola again to make sure I got all my steps in! Looking forward to training legs tomorrow x

    I agree with Haider that ketogenic is not the most optimal food intake for muscle gain, to keep body fat to a minimum you’d be best adding carbs, using clean carb sources would ensure you remain in shape

    Hey!

    So today was a goood day!!
    Woke up did my cardio, walked Lola and then My bench arrived and the squat rack we also managed to order a pair of 20kg plates, so that was a nice surprise as I wasn’t expecting it till the end of this month.

    Had a really good pull session today felt really good actually a lot you can do with just a barbell and dumbells when you get creative.

    Just got chilled out for the evening now as everything is done ???? x

    If you’re wanting to be competitive I’d look at pushing your cals higher so that you can train harder, get stronger and grow

    Hi all,

    So this morning I got up did my cardio and then had breakfast and then walked Lola, I trained push today had a really good session and started getting inventive with the equipment I have, we have ordered a few more bits just waiting for it to arrive hopefully soon. I then cooked food for me and Jamie and then ate chilled and just walked Lola again to get our last steps in, lovely day in the sun hoping I’ve catches some rays x

    One of the old gyms I use to train in and a very similar one like what Kevin posted but it was never really that great, and like Corinne said the connection just wasn’t there for me a lot of other muscles come in to play for me mainly my rear delts, intercostals and just all around not a great movement there’s much better out there

    Maybe look at your pre workout , intra and so on.. take one thing out at a time each workout and try work out what it could be, process of elimination

    Hi all so today was a busy one! So this morning we walked Lola and nipped to pick up so gym equipment, then I popped over to my mums to pick up some dumbbells and obviously say hello to the doggos!! Then we did a little food shop then trained in the evening we did quite a long all over full body session felt good to at least do something even if currently I only have a bar 2x20kg weights a a low weight db set and a band but we made it work!

    Hopefully getting a few more bits of gym equipment over next few days and then training will be much better! But for now we make do ☺️ X

    Yes of course you can clean foods are easier to process but it is easier to push food higher with added junk food but it’s down to the individual
