    I tend to look at what I need to aim for depending on log book and then almost imagine myself already doing the set I put my headphones in and then hit my set

    I find sometimes having a stim can over stimulate me a little and I struggle to focus so maybe reduce caffeine intake or try pump

    Hey guys! Check in this morning no changes today just keep moving forward be was down which is great. Felt pretty tired today mainly in the afternoon after my work was done.

    Popped to see my bikini sponsor divasfit wear (babet) for a bikini fitting and for a coffee and catch up which was lovely!!

    Trained pull today had an awesome session matched all numbers which I’m happy for at this point in prep and for my condition too. X

    Personally just for fancy dress I’d just add in extra carbs over 2 days then pull back the day before. I wouldn’t mess about with water especially if you’re drinking

    Some people run fine on lower sleep. You need to trial it see how you feel compare a week or so doing it one way to doing it different for another week or 2 and see how you feel compare

    Hey guys! Rest day today for me! Morning cardio, posing and steps as normal. Followed by meeting Phoebe and nath for a coffee and catch up which was lovely ☺️ had a fairly chilled evening dog walk and reading + meal prep x

    Evening all!! Busy day today no cardio this morning just steps/ dog walk. I then trained legs with hilly and check in with him in person which was really good. Had an awesome session despite it being super warm haha! But we had a good session and he got to see me in person which h is always great if you can see your coach on prep helps as photos/ videos always looks slightly different.

    Then I did a food shop and had a chilled evening. It been nice to relax and not need to go out and do steps etc but I am excited to get back to work tomorrow 🫡 x

    Hey guys! So higher carb day for me today before an in person with hilly tomorrow. Had a busy day of client work and then trained upper- awesome session the pump actually hurt haha! A lot! Had a chilled evening reading before bed x

    Ok so upper lower or split leg sessions but preferably upper lower if you can manage that frequency of training
