    No it doesn’t matter I do this myself train evening times mon- Fri and weekends late morning to midday just works better for me

    As long as you meals are going down fine and digesting well and you’re improving in your sessions there’s nothing to worry about this is very normal to train like this

    Hey guys! So show day for me! I’ve had an absolute fantastic day and met so many beautiful people! Placed 4th today slightly disappointed a little as I was expecting 3rd but this was my last show and when I think about it I’ve had a good run I’ve done 3 shows placing top 4 so with an off season to make the improvements I need I can hit that top spot I’m sure of it 🙏🏼 this afternoon I’ve had some down time chilled with James and had a five guys was just nice to relax and watch a film. We have a few little things planned over the weekend before we’re return to the uk so it will be nice to wind down a little x

    Start off by looking the part yourself share your journey then offer to help family friends for free get a transformation or 2 then go from there

  • I would be proud in this situation but also when in prep I would also just make them aware you don’t want to get injured so don’t take risks especially when lean

    Evening guys! So 1 day out today we’ve pushed carbs a touch more for a fuller look extremely pleased with how it’s played out so far and excited to see what it looks like in the morning!

    Today I did an early pump session as I needed to go for tan at 2pm and then athlete meeting at 3 then back home for a chilled evening eating and feet up and early night as I’m up super early in the morning. Feeling super grateful to be here and excited to see what tomorrow brings but I know for sure this will be my best look yet 🙏🏼💙

    Have you taken a deload? Maybe you just need a little back off. Is your bodyweight still increasing on the food you’re on or has that settled?

    Hey guys so my log wouldn’t post yesterday so I’m posting for 2 days

    Yesterday was my travel day so we had a 4hr30 mins drive from Tupelo to Georgia. It wasn’t really a bad drive we stopped twice for the loo haha!! But it was a rest day so all we needed to do that day was travel so we got here got settled in the new apartment, food shopped and then chilled for the evening before bed.

    Today was usual routine check in, steps and m1 followed by some client work before a pump session we’re at madhouse gym Georgia – what an incred this is endless amounts of kit also met cyd Gillon & Nicole Graham and had a posing session with cherish Richardson just to tweak a few bits ahead of Atlanta pro on Friday.

    Then did a quick food top up we forgot a few bits and then back to the apartment for more client work and check ins, I’ve just finished everything so time to chill for the evening now x

    There’s absolutely no reason why you can’t. If it digests well and hits your macros that’s no problem

    I have veg with most meals and I count the amount fruit I tend to have with 2-3 meals but this does reduce on prep but veg always stays

    Evening all!! Another high day today for my upper session! Felt pretty good pump wise as were wanting to bring a little more fullness in the upper. We’ve also tweaked some posing so looking forward to bringing something improved to Atlanta!

    Even though I’m in the us I’m sticking to my usual routine as much as possible with my morning walk and so on. X

    This is completely up to you. I always tell clients if you’re on holiday and want to train then sure got for it. However if you wanna test it can be a great time to deload and relax. Or you can just reduce sessions it is totally personal preference & also depends on your goals at current
