    I would potentially reduce the amount of days per week she’s performing them and allow for a little more recovery between. Also don’t waste energy doing tons of warm ups.

    And as Maddy says what other glute/ lower movements is she doing? What’s her set up look like?

    Hey all! Leg day today had a good session was very warm and I was super tired but I got it done 😊 rest of the day has been spent doing errands and admin bits as well as cardio/ steps x

    It would go off your recovery, your response to cardio and how much you need off in your time frame. I would focus on making sure performance in the gym is in the best spot it can be while coming down

    Hey guys! Upper day today boxed off my client work nice and early followed by 2 posing calls.

    I then trained upper had a good session managed to match although it did feel heavy! Haha but to be expected. Had a fairly chilled afternoon finished steps and watched a YouTube before bed x

    What about taking some full days complete rest. Personally I prefer this approach to reduced volume as I get carried away in the gym and would struggle to hold back

    To be leaner you just need to push harder. Sleep is nearly always going to suffer a little especially towards the end of a diet/ prep it gets harder for sure

    Evening all! Rest day today for me definitely needed this! Felt it today prep hit hard haha! Legs felt like lead and just felt tired but everything got done as usual just maybe a little slower haha! Had a nice dog walk this evening and watched a program and read my book before bed c

    I have around 1-1.5 on wake/ during cardio and meal 1 then 2.5 around training and reminder split over the day

    Evening guys! Leg day today! Had a bloody awesome session felt pretty tired today was abit of a slog all day but somehow picked some energy from somewhere and smashed the session out matched numbers so I’m happy. Rest of the day has been the usual client work split in to 3 work blocks, cardio & steps and admin bits and bobs all in all a good busy day ☺️

    Check in this morning we’ve dropped food a little more and we’re digging deeper to pull off some more fat. My quads really like to hold on haha my glutes are in before my quads 😂 but is what it is I’m only as lean as my fattest body part so we continue to pull down x

    Just rotate to other areas, lats, rear delts, delts. Can also do quads too

    Let it fully defrost before you weight it. Cook, let it cool and keep in fridge for 3 days

    Evening all! Busy day of client work after my normal morning routine, followed by training push had an awesome session maintained all numbers except and increase on biceps haha!

    Rest of the day I’ve finished client work and a few errands/ house work before reading my book for the evening x
