Hey guys! Rest day on Sunday as usual! Morning routine of steps, cardio and posing ☺️ then had a fairly chilled day. Just hits and bobs round the house and plenty of chilling – very much needed especially on a Sunday the whole week catches up with me x

I just go off feel. But tbh there’s been days where I feel shattered but once in the gym I’ve cracked on and felt fine.

Evening all!! So today’s been a busy one cardio, steps & posing this morning then went with James to get his new motorbike. Then we trained legs had an awesome session matched numbers today which I’m grateful for as I felt tired today and legs felt super heavy.
We then did a food shop. I felt pretty mashed after this so had a nap and then did a few house chores and prepped some meals for tomorrow x

I’d personally opt for a pre workout like prepare pro or dnfm. But cv burn wouldn’t do any harm, you could give it ago and see if you’re ok on it during training

Hey hey!! So busy one today, client check ins after my cardio session followed by 2 client calls. I then headed to an eye test and picked up a couple of shopping bits I needed.
Trained upper today had a real good session incline press progressed by 1 rep and same for my smith row the rest maintained. With how hard I’m pushing right now I’m pleased with my gym progress and performance. It’s usually dipped before now x

And then cater your training around what you can do and what’s comfortable. Many bodybuilders work round injuries so it’s not impossible

Afternoon all!!
A very much needed rest day today! Bodyweight was down again by 0.6. Felt tired today so I got my cardio done majority of my steps & my client work all done nice and early so I could have a nap and a chilled afternoon sauna and jacuzzi to recover best I can I do this most rest days now. X

A cheap pedometer or cheap fitness watch would do absolutely fine doesn’t need to be anything expensive. I personally have an Apple Watch but it’s definitely not a must

If you’ve been having an off plan every 2 weeks of 1k cals I’d say pull that off plan out. Rest for 2/3 days full rest from training and cardio see how you feel then.. if you feel better get back to it. If you still feel smashed maybe raise your baseline up to maintenance for a week and then get back to pulling down

Hey guys! Checked in today! Bodyweight was down 138.9 things are moving nicely but there’s still more to go so we continue to keep pushing.
Prep is starting to hit but this is the best part haha! I love it!
Trained legs today super good session. We recently swapped my smith machine squats for hack as I feel more stable and no knee pain on hack 🙌🏼 progressed on all numbers.
Rest of the day was spent doing client work & on client calls x
