    Could definitely be either, first thing I would do is tidy up your diet and see if it clears if not jab a little more frequently if that doesn’t fix it, it’s possible it’s the compound/ oil

    Hey all, so today has been a tough one, I’m hoping that means a drop tomorrow. Just been super low on energy but we get these days some we feel good and some we feel like utter shit haha! But is what it is.

    Trained push today had a real good session progressed on my shoulder press and incline press 🙌🏼 the rest matched apart from dips where I got 1 extra rep. This evening I’ve walked the dogs finished client work and had some downtime before bed x

    Nath has nailed it here. But just so you know it won’t fix your issue it’ll just mask it for a certain amount of time. So just be mindful that just because pain might be gone the issue will still be there. And also there’s only so many times they will give you the cortisone injection too. So alongside having this done I would see a physio and rehab the issue best you can

    I agree.. as lean as you can get. Challenge yourself to push hard and see how lean you can get. Not sure how lean you are but maybe 8 week probably isn’t enough to get super lean

    Hey guys! Usual Monday for me, morning routine and then client check ins. Moved some bulls about to new fields and then back to more client work before training pull. Had a really good session today energy was a little lower but still managed a good session and progressed with numbers x

    Honestly do what you prefer and enjoy! The reason people do ppl and upper lower is to hit the body parts more frequently. So more frequency for the majority or people will serve you well

    Hey all! Rest day today! Usual morning routine followed by food shop, then majority of the day has been catching up with house work/ admin and chilling really needed this rest day even squeezed in a nap too. X

    Hey all! Busy day! Usual morning routine! Then come home and had pre, trained legs and then had a quick nap/ chill before heading to watch James nephew box – he did so well it was awesome to watch. Felt super super tired this afternoon very expected after a busy day but rest day tomorrow so I can definitely chill and recover a little more x

    I agree with Sara are you sure it’s not something else causing the issue?

    Try splitting your dose up more so you get more of a stable consistent dose and see if that changes anything
