Absolutely agree with Louis here!! Salt intake wise 1-2 g per meal is fine I personally have 2g either way just be super consistent with it and track it so you can be consistent and precise with it

Hey guys! Busy day of the usual morning cardio/ routine followed by client work. Then I haltered up some of the cows for their feet trimming.
Trained upper today awesome session filmed a little reel for Instagram progressed on all exercises even if it was just a. Rep up.
This evening I’ve set alarms as I have a client checking in till super late as she’s competing in Toronto tomorrow x

Hey guys! My usual morning routine with an added extra sauna and jacuzzi which is something I do every rest day it’s a little mental and physical reset.
I then did client work and 2 client calls. And then went for a bikini fitting with my sponsor divas Fitwear! Can’t wait to wear my bikinis 🤩

Hey guys! So was my birthday today, another year older but doing the same shit I love.
Started my morning off with steps, cardio, stretching, posing and more steps. Had breakfast and cracked on with work. My mum then popped round and I had a break from work to have a coffee and a catch up which was lovely. I then did some more work before training legs. Very good session today progressed on my numbers. We switched out my smith squat for hack as I felt a little more stable and it was nicer on my knee too. X

Evening all, today felt like a real prep day first day it’s really hit hard. But we just push through and then have a nap haha! But today’s session was good down 2 reps on my shoulder press but everything else progressed. As I get leaner first thing I tend to lose a little strength is my hinge and then my press. I tend to maintain fairly well everything else till the last few weeks. Check in tomorrow hoping there’s a nice drop there as I for sure felt it today haha x

Evening guys! Busy one today steps, cardio, stretching, posing and more steps – my usual morning routine.
Followed by client work/ check in and then admin/ house work and more client work/ calls.
This evening I trained pull this session was the first session this prep that it felt like prep. My rdls were a real struggle. I actually couldn’t manage what I did the previous week but I have just dropped around 2lbs in 2 days and I really felt it’s my hinge is always the first to start to lose a little strength. I think this is just down to the drop in weight. Will see how it goes next week but I just start to feel a little unstable and shaky and weaker haha! X
