    Hey all rest day today and ooo did I need it haha!! Bodyweight was 1lb down today after legs so I can imagine it’ll probably drop again before check in tomorrow.

    This morning I did the usual cardio, posing and mobility/ stretching followed by sauna and jacuzzi ( something I do every rest day now)

    Rest of the day I’ve done admin bits/ food shop 2 calls with clients and and some down time x

    Hey guys! Leg day today awesome session! Love my Saturday session! I also had a massage this evening very much needed!!

    Checked in this morning things are moving nicely but we’ve pushed things on a tad slight food drop and also increase in cardio! X

    Can you give us some more information, what are your triggers? Does the pain come and go? How long have you had it? Are you injured? Have you seen a physio?

    Hey guys! So the usual cardio and steps followed by client work & house work/ admin bits. I then trained upper real food session felt like prep today for the first time since I started haha I got midway through my session and thought ‘here we fucking go’ hahah!! Still a good session just a little tougher but that’s prep. Chilled evening with the dogs and Netflix x

    Hey guys! Rest day today very much needed it! Did my steps this morning followed by cardio, posing and stretching. I then jumped in the sauna & jacuzzi for a little chill which was nice – think I’ll make that a regular on rest day ☺️

    Then I did completed client work & then admin house work bits and bobs. Had a posing call and worked on my I- walk and then had a chilled evening x
