Evening guys!
151.4 this morning had a slight drop in meal 1 and Pwo meal on training days and meal 1 on rest days. Added clen in at 20mcg & started 40mg of primo per week. Output as stated as is for now.
Trained upper had an awesome session really really enjoying my split recently just works so so well.
This evening I’ve prepped a few meals for tomorrow walked the dogs / bits of client work and chilled before bed x

With this I would rest, it’ll affect your breathing and ability to recover between sets and amount of air you can get in and also delay your recovery overall from the illness

Baby rice or ground rice will be your cheapest options and rice flakes are a good shout – but for me these sat a little heavy in larger portions

Hey all! Rest day today for me spent majority of the day at the hair dressers which I took my laptop too so I could work too! I also did a good longish walk before and a short one after so my steps were covered as I was sat down for a good chunk of the day. Check in tomorrow. I’m really looking forwards to each check in and excited about the whole process this year x

I would go see a sports therapist/ physio if it’s a tear then more than likely it’ll just need a little rest and rehab and you’ll be fine but it could be a tendon etc so I would get checked as rehab for each is different and times of recovery is different depending on the injury.

Evening all!! Busy day of client check ins/ client calls & a few other calls for business bits and bobs which is exciting!! I then trained legs had abit of a meh session but they can’t always be amazing. Knees felt a little crap going into my session and even after tiger balm knees sleeves and a good warm up they just wasn’t feeling the best. I pulled back numbers a tad just to allow a little just so they wasn’t so sore I still trained hard and to failure but with a lighter weight and higher rep. Legs are due a massage for sure. Last one I had was just upper body so I’ll get one this weekend if possible. This evening I’ve walked the dogs & food prepped a few meals for tomorrow as I’m getting my hair done and then I’ve done a few more check ins and emails before winding down for bed x
