    Hey all! Busy day of client check ins followed by training legs! Had an awesome session really in a good head space this session not that I’m usually not but I was just in a proper good mood really enjoyed all my session and progressed on all movements. This evening I’ve finished more client work, walked the dogs and then switched off and chilled for the evening x

    Probably time to pull back, run a short diet fairly aggressive. I know you mentioned taking antibiotics potentially could be that as o know from previous experience myself anti’bs can cause digestive issues and also can cause appetite loss.

    I would pull back but also focus on healing gut health too

    Evening guys! Trained push today awesome session and spent an hour posing in the studio which was nice. Just been playing around with I walks and quarter turns just trying things and enjoying practicing. Push was a mega session improved on all exercises 🙌🏼 checked in Pwo no changes made as bw is still trending down

    I like a combination of both have your compounds but then also have isolation movements/ single arm movements. – this is what I do with my clients anyway

    Absolutely I tend to put my clients on around 300-500 more cals for training days and some even have higher leg days/ certain body parts they want to improve

    Evening all! So busy day today client check ins, steps and cardio done this morning, followed by a vet visit for a few cow testing (just the usual stuff) then prepped today’s & tomorrows meals for me and James. And then trained pull had an awesome session felt very good today nice and strong I matched my rdls from last week but it felt much smoother and more con so that’s a win and progress for me.

    This evening I’ve done some show practice with 3 of the cows ahead of the weekend followed by walking the dogs, shower last meal and chill x

    Evening guys! Rest day today and my god I needed it. Legs were battered after yesterday boxed majority of my steps off early and then did a food shop. Then spent the rest of the day chilling and food prepping doing admin bits & a few check ins. X

    I agree if she can stick to a slight increase nice and steady and then back into a deficit it would definitely allow her body to rest and feel fresher for her hols

    It’s just another variation of a calf raise. I like to run to variations same as I would a leg press or squat pattern I tend to have 2 variations on the go

    I would definitely go see a sports therapist or physio get them to check you over just incase and they will also help you rehab any injuries

    Maybe you just need to warm up a little more/ change leg press, or don’t leg press for that session I wouldn’t skip legs altogether I would swap the movement and still do other movements that don’t hurt

    Hey all! Busy day for me, client check ins, cardio dog walks, cow show prep, other farm bits and then trained legs still got a slight knee niggle but I was sensible in my session still had a good one plenty of warming up and knee sleeves and I still had a very good session. I have a massage booked for Thursday- soooo needed! Then this afternoon I’ve had a chilled on and watched a film before bed x
