Hey guys, hope you’ve all had a lovely bank holiday. Usual work day for me client check ins and a few posing calls. Followed by training pull had a very good session. Check in this morning bw is down to 146.1 and looking pretty flat so had a high day today I flatten off fairly quick and then it’s hard to pull out of so I can’t run too flat otherwise I’m in a hole haha!

Hilly knows my body pretty well already which means things are going super smooth 🙌🏼 felt a little tired today just due to a busy weekend but overall still had a very good session x

There’s no different way to diet it’s just the case of continuing to push and it may take a little longer to come In. I used to be like this when I first started bodybuilding. But over the years of dieting I hold my body fat much more evenly now

Hey guys, so we got back from Scotland yesterday and decided to jump in a local cow show for today so we really enjoyed today we took 1st, 3rd and 4th some great practice for the cows too. Steps is never an issue at shows either. Rest day well spent also had a few check ins this morning from prep clients. Been a busy but fun weekend business as usual from tomorrow 😊

Sticking to plan whilst I’m away is super easy – I always pre prep all my food in the truck we have a mini fridge & cool box and also an inverter so we can plug in a camping kettle and we have also bought the heated lunch boxes off Amazon they’re a life saver if you want a warm meal on the go. I even prep meals for when I come back from where I’m going so that when I get in and I’m tired and the last think you wanna do is cook well it’s there and ready for me. Just make everything as easy and as planned out as possible for yourself and you’ll never slip up x

I prefer tablet form as hilly says

I don’t mind yohimbine & clen although some people tend to have a lot of anxiety with yohimbine and less results

Look on all the ladies logs on here we all post and we are all honest. I’ve only ever used primo & anavar. I started with anavar and that went a long way for me I never used primo until 2021 so just last few years

Round delts is just more muscle and building all 3 heads, front, side and rear to create that 3d look – it’s basically just more muscle.

The gaps you’ve circled are just your insertion points something you can’t change but guaranteed the more muscle you build the fuller your shoulder and rounder they will be

Evening all!! Busy morning of client work & steps/ cardio followed by a busy day sorting the cows/ washing grooming for the show on Saturday & tomorrow is basically packing up and travelling to Scotland. Trained upper this evening surprising good session I thought after being in the sun all day it might be a tough session but it was really good. I made a conscious effort to drink more than usual I had around 2L more than my usual amount because I’ve been outside for a good 5 hours today so I knew it was needed. X

If they’re looking better and bw is staying the same I wouldn’t worry too much. If it was fatigue you’d visually seen them get flatter, softer with water etc

I agree with Maddy look more into training performance and recovery!!
