Evening all! Busy day of client work today and a few calls with clients, steps/ cardio and dog walks followed by training legs had a bloody awesome session matched last weeks squats but they felt easier and form was improved so happy with that. Progress on all over movements. This afternoon I’ve finished some more client work and had some downtime x

I agree with Allison can you add in a liquid meal? But also agree with kuba increase protein source is a must

Strip this way way back, and re perform the movement film and post it then we will know if it’s just weight or an actual form issue then we can go from there

I always weight raw. When cooking in bulk I weight raw, cook it all together then re weigh and divide by how many meals I’m making

I had gen 2 and honestly I didn’t buy again because for me I only used it for steps. That’s all and because it was a ring you can’t view your steps without going on the app and there’s a super slow lag of updating so it wasn’t for me.
I prefer sure the answer to majority of your questions are on the Oura ring site if you are wanting to buy
It depends what you want to use it for.. for me I didn’t need a watch to tell me I didn’t sleep well – I can feel that I just wanted to track steps that’s it

I keep everything the same, if you’re looking good through your prep why change anything? The only thing I look to take out is things like yohimbine that may make you hold water but everything else I keep the same

Afternoon all! Hope you’re well so bw was up by 1lb this morning after a high day yesterday which is what we wanted to see well mainly some fullness come back too which it has. Today has been a busy day of client work, dog walks and then more client work and training upper. Upper was a very good session today hit 2pps on shoulder press very happy with that and can’t wait to continue to progress with it 🙂 x

If bread digests fine for you there’s no reason you can’t!! I’m on prep and eating bread there is no right or wrong.
If it digests well go for it

Regular sports massage is a big on here along with cure coming and join in
But I would honestly say training with full rom and getting strong should help prevent injury make sure you warm up plenty too

Hey guys, hope you’ve all had a lovely bank holiday. Usual work day for me client check ins and a few posing calls. Followed by training pull had a very good session. Check in this morning bw is down to 146.1 and looking pretty flat so had a high day today I flatten off fairly quick and then it’s hard to pull out of so I can’t run too flat otherwise I’m in a hole haha!
Hilly knows my body pretty well already which means things are going super smooth 🙌🏼 felt a little tired today just due to a busy weekend but overall still had a very good session x

I used to be like this when I first started bodybuilding. But over the years of dieting I hold my body fat much more evenly now
