Hey guys! Rest day today for me! Morning cardio, posing and steps as normal. Followed by meeting Phoebe and nath for a coffee and catch up which was lovely ☺️ had a fairly chilled evening dog walk and reading + meal prep x

Evening all!! Busy day today no cardio this morning just steps/ dog walk. I then trained legs with hilly and check in with him in person which was really good. Had an awesome session despite it being super warm haha! But we had a good session and he got to see me in person which h is always great if you can see your coach on prep helps as photos/ videos always looks slightly different.
Then I did a food shop and had a chilled evening. It been nice to relax and not need to go out and do steps etc but I am excited to get back to work tomorrow 🫡 x

Hey guys! So higher carb day for me today before an in person with hilly tomorrow. Had a busy day of client work and then trained upper- awesome session the pump actually hurt haha! A lot! Had a chilled evening reading before bed x

Ok so upper lower or split leg sessions but preferably upper lower if you can manage that frequency of training

Hey guys! So rest day Thursday for me and boy did I need it haha! Morning spent doing cardio/ steps and mobility/ posing followed by client check ins and client work.
Rest of the day I’ve done jobs around the house, walked the dogs and chilled/ read my book x

Yepp I would increase fish oil as hilly and Louis have said and creatine is fine at 10g

I’m with Allison I’d advise away from a deficit when recovering post surgery I’d sit at maintenance. And once you’re healed up then head into a deficit and get moving a little more

I have previously done quad focus and ham focus sessions but still hit quad and ham in both sessions so you’re actually hitting them both twice a week.
What are you doing currently? How long have you been training?

Afternoon, check in this morning bodyweight down by a good chunk and very obvious to see in my physique. Had some extra carbs today they went down a treat and perfectly timed for leg day! Had an awesome session pretty mashed right now haha! But rest day tomorrow so I can relax and wind down a little.
Really enjoying prep I love every prep but this one is just fun and exciting. X
