    Record yourself and send to your coach listen to feedback and implement. Then aim to keep everything the same. Same machines/ same foot placements etc

    I have no idea about the Amazon cor but tbh I wouldn’t trust it 🤣 tbjp cor is good quality mixes and tastes nice so I wouldn’t trust just go for that then you’re not risking wasting your money.

    Cor will be ideal for your pre though

    Hey guys! Rest day today and I 1000% needed it! Felt veryyy smashed. So today has just been laptop client work and steps spaced out along with some posing but nothing too intense. Had a hot bath this afternoon and a nice chilled eve just what I needed x

    I’m with Jordan just pull back to the point where you don’t start to curl and hold there until you can progress without losing that position. It’s probably just core stability

    Hey guys! Wednesday is my busiest check in day so day filled with check ins and steps to break up my day & also my am cardio. Followed by training legs had an awesome session hams were still fairly sore from rdls so I still trained them and still trained to failure but with a slightly lower weight. All other movements progressed real nicely. Rest day tomorrow my body definitely needs that. Think I’ll have a soak in the bath to help with recovery and book a massage this weekend too x

    Evening all! Super busy day! Client work this morning, dog walk & cardio followed by sorting the horse and then training push! Very good session slight niggle in my trap slept funny I think so will get a massage on Thursday as it’s my rest day.

    I then did some more client work and took a break to have a quick hack on the horse followed by show planning and booking flights/ apartments etc. so all in all a productive day x

    Hey guys! So busy Monday as usual dog walk, cardio and client check ins followed by 2 posing calls and then started editing my YouTube and doing some content creation for insta. I then trained pull had a very good session felt pretty strong across the board my rdl has stuck at the same for the last 3 weeks now but I have dropped a fair bit of weight over the last few weeks. I do think It’ll budge again and I’ll probably progress soon. I do normally go through stints where I stall for 4-5 weeks then it’ll progress it’s just always been this slow for me but if I stick at it it’ll move I know most people probably wouldn’t go that long but I know my body and it almost feels easier then I know the next week I can push a little more.

    This evening I’ve been on a meeting call (cow/ farming related) took a good 2 hrs of my night so it’s been a super busy day. But a good day all in all x

    Definitely need to breath, I breath in on the eccentric and out on the concentric but tbh this happens naturally for me and I don’t over think it
