Hey guys! Busy day today usual morning routine & then client work followed by chasing a loose cow 😅 never a dull moment they like to keep me on my toes.
I then trained push pretty decent ish session maintained majority of my numbers press was down a rep though. I then posed for 40 mins in The studio. And then sorted the horse. Got 21k steps in today 🫣 so super busy didn’t stop moving till 5pm haha! X

I like to opt for a bigger meal the night before then some clear whey with carbs upon wake and pre session with plenty of water to hydrate before training

Evening all! Today I felt heavy everywhere haha fatigue hitting hard but is what it is work to be done. So we keep pushing. Usual routine, cardio, steps and posing followed by client check ins and then training pull. Okayish session it was just hot and humid and I felt a little weak kinda expected with how hard I’m pushing right now which is ok. Soon be able to back off a tad x

I personally would completely swap a stim for just a pump alone and I wouldn’t add any caffeine tabs there’s no need if you’re training earlier in the day you should be fine or just have a coffee?
Maybe swap you energy drink out at work for something non caffeine too

Oats pre bed is absolutely fine. But I also would add some fats pre training

Evening all! Rest day today started the day off with steps and cardio followed by posing and mobility. I then spent the afternoon sorting bits in the farm and moving cows/ getting some ready ahead of Yorkshire show x

Personally I prefer full 3 days minimum rest but for some people it could be rir or a reduction in volume/ sets

I would potentially reduce the amount of days per week she’s performing them and allow for a little more recovery between. Also don’t waste energy doing tons of warm ups.
And as Maddy says what other glute/ lower movements is she doing? What’s her set up look like?

Hey all! Leg day today had a good session was very warm and I was super tired but I got it done 😊 rest of the day has been spent doing errands and admin bits as well as cardio/ steps x

It would go off your recovery, your response to cardio and how much you need off in your time frame. I would focus on making sure performance in the gym is in the best spot it can be while coming down

Hey guys! Upper day today boxed off my client work nice and early followed by 2 posing calls.
I then trained upper had a good session managed to match although it did feel heavy! Haha but to be expected. Had a fairly chilled afternoon finished steps and watched a YouTube before bed x

What about taking some full days complete rest. Personally I prefer this approach to reduced volume as I get carried away in the gym and would struggle to hold back

To be leaner you just need to push harder. Sleep is nearly always going to suffer a little especially towards the end of a diet/ prep it gets harder for sure
