    Evening all!! So busy day today client work this am followed by filming for the site – was really nice to be back filming! And looking forwards to doing many more! Today was a push session a very strong one at that, after training I did 30 mins posing and checked in with hilly.

    Then this evening I’ve took the horse out for a plod. And finished bits of admin and client work before winding down for then evening x

    Have you trialled removing x carb sources and figuring out if it’s a certain food that triggers it? Aside from that I would keep diet clean, have a good skincare routine.

    Personally when I run a cycle I get greasier skin so I wash my face 3x a day and shower daily sometimes twice daily if I’ve sweat a lot or it’s a hot day

    Evening guys! Hope you’re all well! Busy day filled with client work/ check ins/ emails and admin bits along with steps and cardio plus trained pull had an awesome session numbers matched on rdl but progressed everything else 🙌🏼 x

    It’s probably not something you can just fix overnight. I would highly suggest a sports massage and changing any exercise that causes pain in the meantime

    Hey guys! Productive rest day for me, odd bits of client work between dog walks for steps/ a spot of shopping food and clothes which also added to steps haha! And cardio. Had a midday nap was definitely needed and got lots of house jobs done and reset ready for the week! X

    I think if you feel something feels off or strange don’t push it – this is something I’ve always stuck to and it’s working well for me. I always keep an eye on recovery and have massage/ stretch/ mobility etc when needed

    I think some are probably unavoidable (freak accidents) but sometimes you can avoid if you feel off before you push more

    I personally wouldn’t do 5 days on the bounce, I feel you’d need at least one rest day between them

    Evening all!! Morning of cardio, steps and dog walks followed by client check ins / amendments.

    I then trained legs went to muscle unit for a change it was really nice never usually venture out but we had a quiet day for once so thought it would be nice!

    This evening I had a posing session, very insightful and informative took away a lot and got a few bits to work on excited to get to work with it 😊 x

    Legs depends on how much inflammation you tend to hold but I tend to stop legs 7 days out

    I’m with hilly, nose strips, sleeping position, pillows. There is all sorts out there now for snoring many solutions

    Hey guys! Busy day today client work/ calls and dog walks/ errands.

    I trained upper today very good session felt strong and full

    Checked in this morning bw was slightly up but I’m due on so that will be why 147.5 this morning

    Food has been dropped, cardio has gone up to 25 mins steps up to 14k, primo has gone up, I’ll attach my food plan. (Lantus has been removed)

    Finished steps off this evening doing house work and a few final steps with the dogs outside. Had a chilled evening watching YouTube and winding down x
