    Evening all! Trained lower today awesome session. Woke up not quite feeling legs they still felt a little sore but once I got warmed up I was fine still had a good session and progressed 🙌🏼 this afternoon I’ve had an off plan meal as instructed by hilly probably my last for prep but I don’t mind I quite like flicking the switch on prep and I’m not bothered by food at all.

    This afternoon I’ve walked the dogs done some halter training with a young bull and had a chilled evening watching a film x

    I agree when setting up I count all calories but when it comes to protein I always make sure protein is high enough from direct sources and then trace is just on top

    Hi, not sure what your question is but honestly I would suggest seeing a physio/ sports therapist get them to take a look and figure out what’s going on maybe you are a little tight or maybe it’s something else but better for them to check and if it needs a little rehab then you can get it sorted 😊

    Todays been client check ins & then training upper had an awesome session and did some posing 😊 this afternoon I walked the dogs and had a sneaky nap haha! X

    Evening all! Hope you’re all good! Rest day today for me, very much needed it. Done some client work and caught up on bits in the house along with a dog walk or 2 and also booked my air bnb for my second show ☺️ I like to books things as early as I can and be super organised so later in prep when I’ve got prep head it’s all sorted for me haha! Anyway other than work and catching up on bits I’ve had a fairly chilled day but my legs definitely needed it. Check in tomorrow 🙌🏼 x

    I would rest, even people on peds can’t train that many days in a row without rest especially if you’re training hard so if you feel ready to go you’re probably not training hard enough

    Hey all! Wednesday as usual is a busy client check in day so lots of check ins and admin followed by leg day. I was a little pissed off going into my session so it become as I like to call a ‘fuck you’ leg session haha! Yes I put emotions into my training – I usually don’t I’m usually super calm and chilled and happy but today it worked out being a little mad 😆 I progressed on all movements so pretty happy with that although I don’t like to be in the gym mad often. This evening I’ve finished off my steps and prepped some meals for tomorrow x

    I agree with hilly start with 25mcg see how you go and then when you decide to come off I would advise tapering off and lowering the dose to the minimum before pulling it out

    Evening all! Checked in Pwo today bodyweight was 154.2 this am so down a good chunk from Friday!

    Trained push which was a really good session took progressions on all exercises. Then I did some work from Costa quite a productive day in terms of work. Followed by a quick ride out with candy which was a nice end to the day. I then had my final meal and chilled watching a series x
