    I agree with hilly start with 25mcg see how you go and then when you decide to come off I would advise tapering off and lowering the dose to the minimum before pulling it out

    Evening all! Checked in Pwo today bodyweight was 154.2 this am so down a good chunk from Friday!

    Trained push which was a really good session took progressions on all exercises. Then I did some work from Costa quite a productive day in terms of work. Followed by a quick ride out with candy which was a nice end to the day. I then had my final meal and chilled watching a series x

    I echo what the other have said, phone down an hour before bed. And I would stop caffeine no later than 2pm for some people this could even be earlier

    Hey guys! Busy day client work and check ins followed by dog walks for steps and then pull! Had an awesome session 1 rep up on RDLs couple of progressions on other movements & some matching but overall very good session.

    Had a catch up call with Soph tonight to discuss business bits I have some exciting to announce coming up soon. X

    I would pop to your gp and explain to them. I also had circulation issues in my teens but I just seemed to grow out of it. My hands and feet were always cold and now it’s nowhere near as bad as it was – I hardly notice anything now

    Hey, potentially increase water/ salt intake to balance the sweating – or what I do is I add tbjp hydration in as the weather gets warmer really helps me stay hydrated. Definitely invest in some summer clothes some looser t-shirts vests or shorts there’s plenty on the tbjp site

    Evening all! Rest day today but it’s been a super busy day!

    Food shop & coffee – kinda become our Sunday morning routine now 😅 followed by fencing, fixing water pipes, moving cows this pretty much covered the day. Plenty of steps done and a nice evening chill x

    Because it’s an anti inflammatory and around your training window you want an inflammatory response from your training to help with recovery it’s how our bodies recover after training

    Just add hot water and keep stirring straight away. Or you can just put in the microwave without boiling water and stir at 30 sec intervals

    Hey guys! Pretty good day today, I love my Saturdays at the minute training legs and fairly chilled afternoons. Few bits of client work this morning followed by legs had a very good session and then I had a nap when I got home haha I think legs and the heat took it out of me not napped in ages! Then this afternoon I’ve take then dogs out to finish my steps and watched lion king x

    I think if they’re a big focus of yours then 2 exercises 1 bi 1 tri won’t impact your session they’re not super energy demanding I think you’ll be fine
