    Hey guys! Trained lower today had an awesome session!

    Glute hip thrust
    Split squats
    Leg press
    Leg extensions
    Adductor
    Walking lunges
    Calves

    Spent the evening doing a few bits of client work, gardening and watching Soph on live stream at tri city show in America x

    Hey eaas are obviously the better option if you are using as it’s a complete protein so it’s definitely a lot better than bcaas but that being said considering your age you would be just as well getting plenty of food in and whole protein sources from food. That being said if you do want to buy eaas I would get EAA over bcaas and drink during training as Clare said I would stick to 5g creatine daily – Creatine can be drank anytime

    Hey all! Upper body day today! Had an awesome session all numbers were up on every movement. Session was as follows

    Side delt machine
    Wide grip pull down
    Bent over smith row
    Incline chest press
    Preacher curl
    Cable crossover push downs

    Rest of my day spent doing admin client work and check ins followed by house work and errands x

    Its better to have 2 rotations at least just so you can rotate movements but it’ll also give you a longer runway with this set up otherwise you’ll hit a wall a lot sooner

    Hey guys! Rest day today! Lots of admin, client work and calls today split up with a few dog walks and sorting the cows 😊 been a productive day but very much had my head stuck in my laptop all day.

    Excited to be back in the gym tomorrow as much as I get to my rest days and I feel I need them I’m also itching like hell to be back in the gym

    Leg session was pretty awesome really enjoyed it all numbers up!

    I would say it depends on the exercise for legs yes, back yes for arms probably not

    I absolutely would add benefit to a trt user for sure

    In terms of glutathione, did you have your bloods done whilst running? Or just once off?
    Liposomal is supposed to be better absorbed but by how much I honestly couldn’t say. I have however used a powder form previously and felt the benefits of that myself. What brand were you using?

    Evening guys! Very productive work day today! Lots done followed by an upper session & then my Pwo check on bw is up which is what we want we’re just building up cals before prep and wanted to stop my bw from dropping as once it starts it really gets on a roll haha!

    This afternoon I took the horse out for a lovely plod in the woods super steady one then booked my flights for my show! Things are getting exciting!!!
