Drastic cut won’t be the best option being completely dehydrated you won’t be able to be ‘full’ or pump up you’ll just look flat and soft
Majority of the time the extremes aren’t the best or the healthiest.
Peak week is very person dependent but manipulations should be too extreme and trialing your peak is always a good idea

Evening all busy day of client check ins/ posing zoom calls and admin. Followed by training upper very good session felt a little smashed this afternoon. But I have had a busy day lots of steps hit 19k easily just doing what I needed to get done. Bed time for me x

Hey all busy day today! Started off with client work, plans followed by sorting the horse/ cows I then trained legs had a pretty good session maintained most of my numbers few progressions. Feeling pretty smashed today but rest day tomorrow and we’re running a high day which my body probably needs as it continued to drop after the last high day.
Had a chilled evening been working doing client set ups and replying to emails/ admin bits x

Hey guys! Happy Monday! Hope you’re all well. So busy day client work and new starter plans. And 2 calls with clients followed by some admin before training. Trained upper today very good session strength still slight down just on T-bar row not entirely sure why as we had a high day yesterday to fuel this session too maybe it’s just run its course now haha x

No I would rest, stick to your days as it’ll catch up otherwise. You can’t recover that quick. You don’t need to feel absolutely smashed to know you’ve had a good workout
